Tutto perfetto! Un posto dove tornerei volentieri.
Pros:

I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibilissime. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla sulle prime colline di Montenero a breve distanza dalla costa e dal centro storico. Il cortile privato offre un comodo parcheggio ed è dotato di cancello automatico. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e piccoli ristoranti raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Spartano, ok per breve soggiorno
Pros:

Buoni spazi, bagno ampio, aria condizionata, facilità di comunicazione con la proprietaria, che ci ha lasciato utilizzare la piscina di un altro residence di sua proprietà.

Cons:

Assenza di piccoli accorgimenti o elementi che avrebbero reso più vivibile l’appartamento. In ordine sparso, mancavano: un tavolino per l’esterno, dei comodini, delle abat jour, mestoli in legno per le padelle (infatti la padella era molto rovinata), un canovaccio da cucina. C’erano inoltre solo due asciugamani a testa (uno da doccia e uno da mani/viso). All’arrivo mancavano anche pentole di dimensioni medie (ce n’era solo uno molto piccolo da latte) e lo scolapasta. L’abbiamo detto subito alla proprietaria, che nei giorni seguenti ha provveduto a procurarle. Si sentono in modo importante i rumori della strada.

Ottima soluzione per una toccata e fuga in zon
Pros:

Host simpatica e presente al check-in e appartamento nel complesso buono, con parcheggio interno.
Arredamento spartano, ma per noi perfetto dal momento che abbiamo utilizzato la struttura come punto di appoggio nella discesa verso la Puglia dall'Emilia Romagna.
Buona aria condizionata in entrambi gli ambienti. TV solo in stanza da letto.
Posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro storico di Montenero di Bisaccia.

Cons:

Niente. Tutti gli accorgimenti per il soggiorno sono stati appropriati.
