Pros:

従業員さんがいる時間帯にチェックインできたので、周辺のことを聞くことができました。
うるま市の観光名所へはあまり時間をかけず行くことができる場所でしたので、たくさんの観光名所を回ることができてよかったです。

Cons:

ホテル周辺にお店が少なかったこともあり夜間は静かに過ごすことができた反面、外食できる場所が徒歩圏内にはなかったので少し困りました。
コンビニも車で何分のところなので、事前に買い出しを済ませてからホテルに行った方が良いと感じました。

詐欺に近い表記のホテル
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗で広かったです。しっかり清掃もされていました。

Cons:

「寝具が二つ以上ある」ことを条件に予約しました。予約前の案内には「ベッド１台、ふとん２組」と記載があるにも関わらず、いざ予約してみてチェックインすると「ふとんは有料です」とのこと。
部屋の写真５枚のうち、寝具が写っている４枚のうちベッドに隠れて布団が見えない１枚を除いた３枚全てにベッド1台と布団2組が写っているため、「この表記では誤解を招くのではないか」と尋ねても、「私達はもっと詳しい説明をしたけどBooking.comに消されたんです」という意味不明な説明を行う。（なお、こちらが「じゃあBooking.comに確認しますね」というと慌てて「やっぱりうちの予約センターかも！」と説明が二転三転）

予約センターに電話した所、最初に出られた方は「確かにこの説明ですとベッド１台と布団2組は部屋にあるものだと読めますね…ちょっと確認します」と言われましたが、その後折り返しでかかってきた際には責任者の方が出てこられて「さっき応対したのは新人だ。宿泊施設の説明の下の方にある概要の下にある運営会社：アマワリホテルという欄をタップして出てくる会社概要の説明に布団が追加料金だと書いてある」と開き直ってきました。
流石に宿泊施設の概要欄の下にある運営会社の説明欄まで見る人はほぼ居ないのでは？書く場所おかしくないですか？と問うても、「書いてありますので」の一点張り。

最終的にはBooking.comの運営も交え、優良誤認表示で消費生活センターに連絡しますが…というところまで話が発展してやっと「布団は今回確かに分かりづらかったので無料でいいです。今後は改善します」と言われました。なお、現在確認したら寝具の数は「ダブルベッド一台」に更新されてました。恐らく内部で協議した結果「分かりづらい」という結論に至って直したのでしょう。

正直、上記の出来事があったせいで滞在期間中非常に嫌な思いをしましたし、どう考えても非常に分かりづらいところに説明があったのに開き直った宿のスタッフや予約センターの責任者の対応も最悪です。

部屋のクオリティ自体はいいのかもしれませんが、スタッフが全体的に話が通じない＋予約センターの責任者が非常に高圧的なので、２度とこちらの系列のホテルには宿泊しません。万が一こちらの口コミを見ても宿泊したいと思われる方は、何かトラブルがあっても上記のような対応をされることを覚悟の上で泊まることをお勧めします。
