Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Everything shows that the guest is thought about.

Cons:

I think maybe an instruction manual should be pasted in the room for first time visitors. I did not know how to do things like ask for a refill of supplies.

お手頃価格で宿泊することができ室内の広さもちょうど良かったです｡

Cons:

些細な衛生面での配慮があればよかった。また､照明のリモコンが反応しなかったので利用者が来る前の確認お願いしたい。

国民的アイドルのツアーで利用しました。札幌近郊のホテル全滅で仕方なしでしたが泊まってみたらいいところもありました。
Pros:

すすきのまで徒歩圏内です。15分くらい歩けば居酒屋もジンギスカンもラーメンも食べれます。

Cons:

オーナーによると思いますが海外のb&bに泊まった感じ。日本のホテルを想定してはいけません。
枕がいけてなかったです。ぺっちゃんこなので2つ3つ重ねてみたりしました。

Good location, Susukino was about 15mins walk away. Nice restaurants and cafés nearby.
Bed/ mattress was very comfortable, space was functional.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the previous reviews about the smelly toilet weren't lying...
I believe it might be a sewerage issue (thus not that easy to fix), but the smell ruins everything.

Cleanliness was also just passable.
