駅近で、宿泊料金お値打ち、お風呂だけ気をつければ快適！
Pros:

駅近なのに、宿泊料金お値打ち。
スタッフの人がわからないことをメールで迅速丁寧に教えてくれた。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソーブも好みだった。

Cons:

お湯のシステムを知らなくて、寒くて疲れていたため、お風呂にお湯を溜めて入り、シャワーも使い、娘と交代したら、お湯が途中で出なくなり水になってしまった。問い合わせたら、【電気給湯器の特性上、一度「残湯なし」の状態になりますと、沸き増しボタンを押してからお湯が実際に使える温度になるまで、通常1時間〜2時間ほどお時間がかかってしまいます。まだ十分な温度に達していない場合、表示が変わりませんが1メモリでもメーターが増えればご利用可能です。恐れ入りますが、使用可能となるまでお待ちいただけますでしょうか。】

Für drei Nächte war es ok.
Pros:

Ich fand die Lage nicht so schlecht. Ist etwas abseits von der City. Aber man hat Lokalitäten, wo man unter Einheimischen sitzt. Das hat uns gefallen. Dort Silvester zu erleben, war eine coole Erfahrung. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man gut ins Zentrum.
Die Betten waren ok.

Cons:

Leider ist dort kein Personal anzutreffen. Das Einchecken war nicht ganz unkompliziert.
Die Zimmer natürlich ohne Schränke und recht klein. Die Zimmer waren beim Einzug stark heruntergekühlt, obwohl es Winter war. Die Flure waren dagegen warm.

綺麗に清掃されていました。

Cons:

事前の説明にもありましたが、給湯器の湯容量が少なすぎで、沸き増しをしても時間がかかり、シャワー2人目は水しか出ませんでした。ジャンプー途中だった為、激寒。なんとかなりませんかね？

キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機など揃っていて連泊にはうってつけです。部屋もそこそこ広くて過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

ちょっとベッドが安物っぽい感じでした。お風呂場の換気扇が24時間で、それは良いのですが音がうるさかったです。

無人受付で、事前にネットでチェックイン番号とか知れて(16時以降)到着して直行可なの良かった✨
何より部屋が広くて設備がしっかりしてる！アメニティあるし、風呂トイレ別だったよー♪

Cons:

大井町駅が最寄りだから、大体の場所は乗り換えがいるかなーとは思う、
あと、アパートメント型だから荷物預けはできないからコインロッカー必須‼️
