Pros:

The accommodation was very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were good, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions.

客廳空間超大！適合有家庭的，小孩可以在裡面自由活動大人也可以把行李箱打開整理互不干擾，地理位置也很棒，接待人員很親切

Comfortable apartment and good base in non touristy area to explore Tokyo.
Pros:

It was a good location in a non touristy area. The rental was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and provided clear instruction on the facilities. The laundry was a nice feature.

Super Worth To Stay ⭐️
Pros:

I stay duplex at 5th flr. You can get all you want in room. Good english explaination by staff during check-in. Wide space to open 6 luggages. There has laundry room with washing machine and ceiling heater, wash your clothes at night and heat until morning. You no need to bring a lot of clothes, let your luggage bring souvenirs back from Japan. 300m walk from Nippori JR Yamanote Line (JY) that is main line in Tokyo and Skyliner from Narita airport. There has grocery store, big pharmacy cosmetic store, restaurants and convenient stores just walking distance.

長輩們覺得空間很大有設施很方便，價格也很實惠。
Pros:

距車站很近，公共空間很大，用具、環境是乾淨的。

Cons:

四張床中有一張被子掀開有二根長髮，而且被子有一點異味，但其他三張床沒這問題。睡覺時有車聲，淺眠的人要帶著耳塞。廁所開了抽風機後會有煙味。

* Very close to both Nippori and Nishi-nippori stations
* Very close to a family mart
* Cooking equipment and utilities were provided
* baby toys were present in the apartment
* there was a choice to sleep in a traditional Japanese setting or more western style
*bathtub was big and comfortable for our baby and ourselves

* You can sometimes hear the train at night(Did not bother that much or prevented our sleep/our babys sleep)

Great for Families
Pros:

Short walk to Nippori Station, close to a supermarket and convenient stores, generous amount of amenities for a small family, spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Shoutout to the ever friendly Akira for accommodating to our very late check-in.

Cons:

Clothes iron was provided, but no ironing board. But that's my only complaint.

The best apartment hotel we could have asked for!
Pros:

Even before we made it to the property, the staff was extremely helpful answering questions about luggage forwarding, etc. And put our luggage into the apartment before we even got there. We were able to check in early, arriving at 12pm on the first day which helped immensely before starting exploring Tokyo. The apartment was huge for Tokyo with two bedrooms, a seperate bathroom and toilet area, kitchen, living room, and entryway. And during our stay, we also had questions that were answered swiftly, helping with setting up the appropriate sized taxi for our 4 suitcases and hand luggage to take to Haneda airport on the day we checked out. We can't wait to visit again and stay at Futaba hotel!
