호텔보다 더 깨끗하고 좋아요.
Pros:

연세 있으신 부부 두분이서 운영하시는데 어찌나 깨끗하고 친절하신지 감동감동입니다.
창틀에 먼지하나 화장실에 얼룩하나 없을정도로 정말 깨끗하고
침구들도 편안하고 포근했습니다.
다음에 가면 또 사라쿠를 선택하겠습니다.
땀냄새 나는 옷도 세탁기로 건조까지 돌릴수 있고 욕조의 수압도 좋았고
온천온거 처럼 몸도 보들보들 해졌어요.
다음 호텔 옮길때 택시를 앱으로 부르려니
기다려야한다고 큰도로까지 같이 나가주셔서 택시를 직접 잡아주셨습니다.
앱보다 훨씬 더 저렴하게 왔습니다.
두분의 친절에 오사카의 기억이 너무나도 행복하고 즐거운 가족 여행이였습니다.
정말 감사했습니다.

Pros:

Great location for seeing Osaka and getting to trains. Clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The Booking.com list stated that there were Japanese cultural experiences onsite, but we saw none of that while there and the ow ers did not mention it at all. There are also entrances on both sides of the building, but only one is for the accommodations. Our taxi dropped us off at the other door and when we rang the bell the owner came to the door and told us to read the sign and walk around. No welcome, no smile, no explanation, just "wrong door, go around". We were very confused and it did not start the stay off well. However, the owners turned out to be nice and we did like the room. Disappointed overall because we were looking forward to participating in the cultural experiences.

난바도 가까움.
지하철역 가까워서 근접성 좋음.

オーナーさんのお人柄が良く、施設は清潔でくつろげました。
2段ベッドは子供達が大喜びでした。
徒歩圏内にコンビニやスーパー、ドラッグストア、お土産屋さん、飲食店などなんでもあり、便利でした。

房東很親切，細心解說住宿應該遵守的事項及附近餐飲，還特別畫地圖告知附近便利商店、推薦的餐廳與地鐵站，房間非常乾淨，床墊很舒適，房間內還有小櫥櫃，裡面餐具就跟家中需要的一樣，喜歡買水果或熟食的朋友都能在這裡拿到所需的餐具，電梯雖小但可以方便搬運行李上下樓，廁所與浴室分開方便同行夥伴使用，還有一個可以放行李的櫃子能放得下2個大行李上層還可以放登機箱或行李袋，整體間空間配置相當好，近黑門市場，走路約9分鐘就到心齋橋與道頓堀逛，走路約10分鐘內就可以到難波駛搭特急車到機場，一路上路面平坦拉行李行走也可以。

Great 4 night stay
Pros:

We would highly recommend the apartment, which is in a great location just around the corner from the markets, a good supermarket & lots restaurants everywhere (some were recommend by our lovely host & he was spot on - especially the Okonomiyaki place)

The apartment is cleverly set out & modern with space saving appliances if you want to cook.

Cons:

I don’t think any accommodation should be a 4pm check in & 10am check out. (By the time you’re settled in you’ve lost that travel day)
Luckily we did get in a bit earlier & check out suited us, but if you were only 1-2 nights should be aware (Booking should publish the times before you book)

It was simply perfect.
The accommodation was beautiful and, despite the limited space, wonderfully designed and including everything you need. A real highlight was the sleeping area with tatami and futon.

What truly made the stay perfect, though, was the incredibly kind owner couple.

ゆっくりくつろげた。お布団がずっしり感があって体にフィット。必要なものはそろってて、お水も2リットルいただけ、夏には助かりました！朝からのコーヒーも美味しくいただきました。ポーラのシャンプー&コンディショナーも、髪の毛サラサラ。

2段ベッドタイプは、カーテンしめると、朝方、少し暑くて目が覚めました。開ければいいですね。

Logement très bien placé proche de Dotombori. Accueil courtois et logement parfaitement équipé .

Cons:

Le site Booking vante un logement sur 3 niveaux, or seul le 2e niveau nous a été mis à disposition, les deux autres étant soit loués séparément (3e) soit inaccessible (rez de chaussée)
