房東很親切，細心解說住宿應該遵守的事項及附近餐飲，還特別畫地圖告知附近便利商店、推薦的餐廳與地鐵站，房間非常乾淨，床墊很舒適，房間內還有小櫥櫃，裡面餐具就跟家中需要的一樣，喜歡買水果或熟食的朋友都能在這裡拿到所需的餐具，電梯雖小但可以方便搬運行李上下樓，廁所與浴室分開方便同行夥伴使用，還有一個可以放行李的櫃子能放得下2個大行李上層還可以放登機箱或行李袋，整體間空間配置相當好，近黑門市場，走路約9分鐘就到心齋橋與道頓堀逛，走路約10分鐘內就可以到難波駛搭特急車到機場，一路上路面平坦拉行李行走也可以。

房間乾淨整潔，設備非常齊全！地理位置極佳且有電梯不用自己搬運行李，老闆夫妻非常親切熱情❤️

We would highly recommend the apartment, which is in a great location just around the corner from the markets, a good supermarket & lots restaurants everywhere (some were recommend by our lovely host & he was spot on - especially the Okonomiyaki place)

The apartment is cleverly set out & modern with space saving appliances if you want to cook.

It was simply perfect.
The accommodation was beautiful and, despite the limited space, wonderfully designed and including everything you need. A real highlight was the sleeping area with tatami and futon.

What truly made the stay perfect, though, was the incredibly kind owner couple.

The stay experience was very pleasant. The landlord prepared a welcome cake for us and also thoughtfully provided drinks to prevent heatstroke. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and a rich variety of dining options. The luggage storage service offered us great convenience.

예약이후 바로 사용을 위한 안내 메일 및 체크인 시간 등을 확인해주고. 체크인 당일날 시간에 맞춰 인사를 해주셨습니다. 두번째 방문이라 더 반갑게 맞이해 주시어 너무 감사했습니다. 시설은 편리하고 주인분들이 너무 친절하시어 모든면이 만족스러웠습니다. 엘리베이터도 있어 짐 운반이 편리하고 세탁기도 무료로 이용할수 있습니다. 위치도 지하철역 도보 5분 이내로 무척 편리합니다.

가족이든 친구끼리이든 모든 분들께 추천합니다. 사장님은 매우 친절하시고 시설도 매우 깨끗하며 지하철역이나 도톤보리, 난바 등을 모두 도보로 다닐수 있는 곳입니다.

We lived in many hotels - Saraku is the best we stayed. Main reason we booked were the photos and price was reasonable. In person, room was even nicer than photos. Renovated + well-kept, with modern amenities - decor, lighting, electronic locks, top Japanese appliances - AC w/ heating, wind only, dehumidifier to hang-dry clothes, electric kettle, fan, fridge, microwave, pot/pans, utensils, scissors, peeler, powerful shower head. Comfortable pillows, beds, comforters, w/ USB outlets + lights in pillow area. Everyting we needed.

Appliances in Japan show Japanese only - owners put English translation stickers on main buttons.

Sinks, bathtub, shower are super clean. Bathtub was so clean we felt comfortable soaking in it, our first time in any hotel.

All-in-one washer/tumble-dryer is very clean + easy to use. Free to use. Detergent pods are free. Wash alone takes about 35 minutes. Wash + dry takes about 4-5 hours. To hang-dry, use hanging rod near back of room. Hangers provided. Takes ~24 hrs.

Owners are well prepared. On check-in, they gave us wifi info, door lock codes, cute map with nearby shops + restaurants + recommendations, and a folder w/ English instructions on how to use appliances...

Rental is 1 min walk from Kuromon. Close to Nippobashi station for Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Nara. To take Osaka Metro, Namba station is 10-min walk.

Very convenient location. 24-hr supermarket in Kuromon, for high quality food, ready-to-eat meals, snacks at good prices. OS Drugs store w/ prices better than "tax free stores". Nipponbash Ota Road ("Anime" street) is 5-minute walk away. Inexpensive + good eateries nearby.

Apartment is perfect for 2 people. If more than 4 people w/ lots of luggage, may be a little tight with luggage opened.

It was the best experience to stay at the place like this! Could feel the Japanese living style and also a city life style! It was so close to Kuromon market and the main streets like dotonbory. The owners were so so so nice I could stay there with ease.
