Ottima posizione, comoda per girare la città. Camera spaziosa.
Pochi servizi disponibili. Presente lavatrice ma non stendino (come invece indicato nella descrizione). Telecomando del condizionatore non sempre funzionante. Un solo asciugamano per ospite per tutto il soggiorno.
La cercanía con la estación del metro, además que hay mucho comercio por la zona.
Un poco impersonal, ya que el ingreso es a través de una llave que se deja en el buzón a la entrada del apartamento

it was really nice and very optimal location, in japan subways stop running around midnight so it was fun knowing that there were still so many things to do near our hotel late at night, everything was clean and the street was quiet, the check in process was seamless considering there are detailed instructions, having an in unit laundry machine was amazing, i had a great time :3
the drier was so weak we had to hang our clothes to dry, this is essentially an airbnb set up, there is no staff no one will come clean room etc you’re on your own for the duration of your stay, this was only inconvenient when it came to trash because we had to sort all of our trash at the end.
The room is well equipped and comfortable, located in a nice area, quiet but close to entertainment.
Room is adjacent to another room but not soundproof.

Aircond / heater do not function properly. Heater will off itself after a while.
Everything was fine.
We got the check-in information a little late and the WiFi code.
Fine for what it was. It was close to the station and that was what was important to us. Clean sheets and good body wash, shampoo, conditioner.
It is NOT like in the cover photo shown. They also did not clean or if they did it was the bare minimum. Also it smelled like sewage every time you used the toilet which was the worst part.
I never once found the reception. I got what seemed to be automated emails sent to me with cryptic information, finding the key was like a treasure hunt and a puzzle game. The room size is definitely not what they said it was on the description. It was more like 13 m2 which, when that includes a bathroom.. a ridiculous kitchen and a table and chairs… is just no room at all. There is nowhere to put your bags, you are just climbing over each other and your stuff all the time.
I loved everything, as a solo traveler first time in Japan it was probably the best bang for your buck
Check in was horrendous, no communication or key and ended up waiting around checked in 2 hours late. Other than that the location was great close to station, peaceful location, room was spacious by Japanese standards and we enjoyed our stay.
Amazing location. Very convenient apartment layout. Easy access. Great hygiene. Fast internet. Washing machine and other convenient facilities. Good communication with the host. Super value for money.
Check-in at 4PM and no check-in instructions before that moment.
