Pros:

Room size and washing machine and dryer available.

Cons:

No baggage shipment available. You’d have to go to closest 7/11 in which their baggage sizes regulations were less than other hotels so we had to reallocate bags and items 3 times until we had the right weight. It was very inconvenient for me and my wife

Clean and spacious.

Cons:

The bed's king size, but the blanket isn't. The AC doesn't work great, so we ended up not really comfortable on cold winter days. Not enough kitchenware.

地點真的是大推！！從恵美須町站出發不管是去神戶、奈良還是京都都超級方便，重點是可以直接避開梅田或難波人比教多的車站，舒適程度直接大升級。附近走路約5分鐘就有life超市，房內也有簡易廚房，很推薦給喜歡自己料理的人入住。這次入住的四人房也很寬敞，4個28寸行李箱完全都可以打開平放。

Cons:

房間內沒有地暖，冬天的話地板偏涼，不過穿襪子就能解決也不算是大缺點（建議在意的人可以帶雙是內拖～）

房間很大很乾淨跟圖片一樣，地鐵也在附近，離通天閣也很近，走路就會到，旁邊有7-11，走路4分鐘有lawson，周圍也很安靜，超級讚讚讚
