Stayed in a standard twin room and loved the space!
Room had a nice usable balcony, gas stove and washing machine/dryer (combo). Room also had blackout curtains!
Loved having staff on location to address any doubts, arrange cleaning days and store luggage.

The apartment hotel is located in a very convenient location, with Ebisucho station within walking distance, many convenience stores, eateries like CocoCurry & Sukiya, LIFE Supermarket for groceries.

This accommodation is ideal for families or couples who want to have a comfortable long stay, in a nice location next to transportation options. Ideal hub location, especially if you are planning to take frequent trips to Kyoto, the hankyu line towards Kyoto-kawaramachi also runs through Ebisucho and you can reach Kyoto within 1-1.5hrs via train.

We stayed 2 weeks here, and honestly this place made us felt as if we LIVED in Osaka not just visited it. This is the first place in Japan or anywhere else where I felt sad to check out of here, and now we compare every accommodation we stay in Japan with this one!

Ein Highlight war die Waschmaschine, die die Wäscheladung in unter 3 Stunden wusch und trocknete. Das Personal war konnte sehr gut Englisch. Die Reinigung wurde auf Wunsch vorgenommen, die Zeiten waren dann sehr Touristen- freundlich.
Da wir keine Ahnung vom Gepäcktransport hatten, wurde uns erstmal der Ablauf erklärt. Später wurden wir mit schon ausgefüllten Transportzetteln überrascht. So blieb uns nur noch, die Zettel zum 7eleven nebenan zu rollern. Dieser Laden war das i- Tüpfelchen des Hotels.

Good location. The room was surprisingly very big! It would be comfortable even for longer stay. Great value for money. The washing machine with dryer in the room was super convenient and we managed to wash our clothes even during just one night stay. Easy checkin, allowed to store luggage both before and after stay.

衛生間跟浴室是分開的也都很乾淨
還有一台洗脫烘三合一洗衣機
位置距離地鐵站很近

Loved the staff and the location. Rooms were nice, modern and big.

The hotel is like a condo with reception on the ground floor very spacious and warm.
I chose it because the car park was free of charge and after two weeks with a rental car in Japan I can guarantee that it's not always the case. Some hotels still charge to use the hotel car park. Only about 8/9 spaces available. Not sure what happens if it's full. The car park is just on the two sides of the building, very convenient.
The place was huge. We booked a twin room and there was so much space. The balcony facing the itachi tower was great providing natural light and fresh air.
The room was very clean and if you stay 3 nights or more you can have it clean if you book the clean one day before. We stayed 3 nights and they provided double pajamas and towels.

The little kitchen with microwave and the washing machine to wash the clothes was also why we booked the property.
It has everything you need if you stay a few nights.
Also 100 metres away there is a convenience store and a drug store. In less than 5 minutes walking there is a grocery supermarket and a play area for kids, because the building is located in a more residential area. So great if you have kids and need to buy more proper food or let them have some time playing.

The hotel is a walking distance from the Hitachi tower and the shinsekai market but also the zoo and the keitakuen park area. We went there on Sunday and there were a lot of stalls selling artesian products and street food. It was busy with people having a pic nic on the grass with the family.

The nearby station is also less than 5 minutes walking and it's a sakaisuji line. We didn't use any public transport because we walked and went to the places nearby listed above as it wasn't the first time in osaka.
