A small room for decent money. I needed a place to sleep, and it was pretty good at it.
The code locks on three doors in sequence. Getting inside is really tiring.
The walk to the closest place to eat is 5 minutes, same for a supermarket. There is an expensive restaurant in the next building, but by foot it's quite far due to fences.

The location is really nice and convenient. Just in the central part and you can go everywhere on foot. Check in is automatic and non- contact，very intelligent.

Quiet, clean comfortable stay convenient to Panfilov Park and attractions in the center of the city. Tranquil setting in the heart of the city.
Pretty close to tourist spots and cafe. It’s easy to find a place for breakfast. It has almost full facilities like a fridge, a hair dyer, towels, a kettle, mugs, and so on (no shampoo tho).
The worst thing about this place is stinky bathroom. I guess just because this apartment itself was very old and the smell came from the old pipes. I recommend staying at decent hotels not here if you have enough budget. Additionally, the room is too small for two (almost no space to walk if you leave the luggage). You also need to have a what’s app account to communicate with the owner (probably it’s not a big deal with most of the people).
