Nice apartment but would not stay again.
Pros:

The apartment is nice, and well appointed. It has most of the kitchen items etc. that you might need which was nice since we did cook some. There were fans for both bedrooms, but it would be nice to have one in the living room area as well.
Lights and outlets on each side of the beds. The apt was clean. They provided a separate water urn but do not think there was a filter attached at the sink. The guard at the front desk was always friendly. There is a nice roof top area although due to the heat we did not use it.

Cons:

We should have believed the previous reviews re. the noise. We stayed 5 nights over a weekend. And beginning thursday thru Sunday night the club next door started up around 10 and went till past 3 am. The wall shaking bass in the main bedroom was unbearable even with earplugs and the fan going. In the other bedroom it was loud but the wall did not vibrate,. It was mostly warm when we were there but sitting out on the balcony was not very pleasant as the traffic noise is quite loud (6, I think, lanes of always busy traffic) The traffic noise also kept us from opening the balcony door and the bedroom windows to get a cross breeze. The living room area does get quite warm and you need to keep the shades drawn. There are tvs in the bedrooms but none in the main room, which is odd if you all want to watch a show together.
We were out most of the time, but one of our party was not feeling well so the stay was not pleasant for him.
The mattresses have a topper on them which is soft and it does seem like the actual mattress might be worn, since there are some craters that you roll into.
Finally the tea kettle was broken as are the bedroom window latches.

We enjoyed the apartment, but the location is too loud.
Pros:

We like the clean apartment and all the stuff to cook and eat there

Cons:

The location and the loud noise outside. Plus the bed in the main bedroom is too soft. Also the fan in the main bathroom was not working.

Pleasant
Pros:

The finish of the property was really nice and the beds were comfy. Easy to get around from the location. Metro also close by.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property is really noisy due to being near a bar. It is also really warm. However they do provide eye masks and ear plugs and also fans for each bedroom. This helped and generally we slept well as beds were comfy. We asked for transport included but the driver got really lost (probably not the hosts fault). A good landmark is Los de frida. There were also ants in the property. The drawer with the hairdryer also didn’t open so couldn’t use that. It overall is a really nice property, however just be aware about the noise.

Absolutely no sound isolation from the street (SO NOISY)
No integrated AC (impossible to open the windows to air it out since there was so much traffic noise
Lights were broken in the entrance
Water tank was leaking in the kitchen
One window was broken

Spacious, clean, well located apartment with some traffic noise.
Pros:

Spacious, good and safe location, near a metro and good restaurants. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the safe. Nice outdoor terrace on the roof.

Cons:

No air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open. This meant listening to a lot of traffic noise on a busy street. Of course this is Mexico City and there is probably a lot of noise everywhere. Also the shower overflowed with a lot of water into the hallway. The maintenance guy tried to help, but it did not really fix the problem.

Pros:

Beautifully decorated and very spacious apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Mexico City. Perfect choise for a group of four people. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a long stay, including washing machine in the laundry room. The apartment building is under security supervision 24/7. There’s no check-in counter as it’s not a hotel, but all the instructions on how to get into the apartment were sent in advance, communication with management via chat was fast and easy.

Cons:

There were some minor maintenance issues as electricity shortage due to rain (several buildings nearby were affected as well) and shower leakage in one of the bathrooms, which the management tried to fix asap. The only downside was a hot water heater, as the water temperature was hot enough only for the first person to shower, the rest of the group had to take a shower with the lukewarm to cold water. It can also get pretty noisy at night if you sleep with the open window, as there’s a bar right across the street, but the management was very thoughtful to provide earplugs and a sleeping mask.

This place is so lovely I miss it already!
Pros:

Every detail was paid attention…the condo is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Cons:

The street noise was a bit much. But luckily we exhausted ourselves with daytime activities that we were able to sleep through most sounds from the busy adjacent road.
