Very Clean very comfortable room.. Had all the modern equipment
No breakfast? Staff very nice facilities clean.
The location. In front of the hospital.
Friendly stuff
New, clean, great beds
Odd location for travelers. Great for hospital visitors.
It is clean. Modern finishings and good quality materials. A frigobar with included pop, water and 2 beers. That was nice
There is a window that opens to a roof top. Allowing fresh air in the room. Also a door to go to a roof-deck. ( we could not open the door) The blinds work very well for both the glass door for the roof and the window. The entrance door has a self closing lock.
Good smart TV and easy to use remote control.
Staff is courteous and friendly. Very nice ladies offered us to call a taxi to go to the bus station when we arrived. When we left they did call that taxi for us. We were also offered coffee before we left. There is a small coffee bar in the next door pharmacy. We just don’t drink coffee but it was nice to offer.
A little bit of a weird thing is that they are trained to read you a list upon checking in, of what is in the room including furniture and warn you that if you stain some fabric badly you will be charged.
In almost 40 years of travelling the world this was a first. But this practice it is clear comes from the administration.
There is an elevator. It is a plus since the entrance steps have no railing and are tiled.
The room is tiny. In the photos it appears so much larger! It has a 2 burner cooktop and a single sink totally useless as we did not even have a spoon or cup. I had to go downstairs to the next door pharmacy -connected to the tiny reception desk by a widow-, to ask for a glass and the lady gave me a disposable plastic glass. 2 people do not fit in the bathroom. I have never seen a bathroom soooo small. They put a chair by a desk type surface next to a closet. On the closet main shelves there is a small safe. So I could not use that shelf for an opened carry on. Not large enough. There are no plugs in the desk area if one wished to use it for a laptop. I placed that chair and foldable suitcase stand on the other side of the closet, so I could open one carry on. The other option was the bed. No more room. We had 2 carry ons and to function one was on top of that surface ( opened carry on) and the second one underneath. The closet was of impressive height. One needed a ladder to access the top shelf :-) There was little room to walk around each bed, the closet and desk-like area. The tiny kitchenette is part of the entrance hallway ( I would remove the cooktop and single kitchen sink to have a usable surface) had a frigobar with beverages included.
There is a sundeck and it seems a roof top area well used. But we could not open the door. There are ample hallways with armchairs. I think that space could have been narrower and use the extra square footage to make the rooms larger. The elevator is incredibly slow. Our room number was 207 so we went to floor # 2. But our room was on floor # 1. The stairs to go up DO NOT have a railing and they are tiled. Definitely dangerous if you fall. We are fit but we were tired with carry ons.
So we put up with the elevator. New, good looking and clean. Just very slow.
In another city for MX $280 more, we had a buffet breakfast each, a huge suite, pool + gardens.
Very secluded
Loudness
It’s new and very clean. The decor is really nice and modern. There was a taco stand just outside the hotel, tacos were amazing. The staff was super kind and helpful.
