How people come in our rooms While we weren't there.
They don't clean the room.You only get one clean per stay.No fresh towels garbage is overflowing.
Way too many rules.
Nobody was ever around if you needed anything.And there was no water anywhere on the premise to drink.
Beautiful layout, stunning views, great bed. Did not get to use tve pool. But it looked great! The 45 degree hill one must negotiate on the drive TO and FROM the property was astounding! Beware
Steep walk steeper drive
Gorgeous ocean views and was roomy. It’s walking distance from the attractions and was quiet in and around the property. Overall great stay for the value.
Showing some wear for the pool/jacuzzi. Jacuzzi wasn’t on or working during our stay. The harder to reach areas like fans need to be wiped. I would place a standard shower system or close it in as the shower shoots out to the sink on the other mode.
*would like to have full length body mirror since the only mirror is the small bathroom.

It was such a lovely stay - beautiful room and beautiful space with great views and a pool! Felt very tranquil and so close to everything too!
Communication was a bit difficult - you had to use WhatsApp to talk to the host to get the keys, ask questions (which was alright, just a bit inconvenient) and I had a mountain view room which was amazing but the curtains/blinds would open right onto other properties so I had to keep my windows closed the entire time.
Beautiful room and view made it easy to watch the sunset and fireworks from bed. The location was centrally located between 5th of December and Zona Romántica neighbourhoods

Location was good. The property was very clean!
Pool area was a little tired but was nice all the same. There is a walk up the hill to this location that can be a little taxing if you are not ready for it.
The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room—and bathroom—were spacious, with a comfortable bed and well-functioning AC. The kitchen was well stocked with a kettle, coffee maker, coffee, plenty of utensils, and four full place settings, plus a perfectly sized mini fridge. We also loved the pool area, especially the variety of seating with both shaded and sunny options. The large beach towels and beach blanket were a great touch. Overall, a very comfortable stay with standout hospitality.
The patio area off our room could use some updates - the chairs were sun-worn, with some cracking and a bit of dirt. Housekeeping is limited to one scheduled visit per stay with 24 hours’ notice. This worked fine for us, and I’m sure additional service could be arranged if requested, but one visit felt limited for an 11-night stay.
Location, while a bit complex for the average uber driver and out of the question for the inactive, is ideal. Up a steep flight of about 7 flights of stairs and tricky cobblestones streets, and yes, sone garbage, but actually no more than 400 metres from the Malecon. Very local vibe.
Horrible shower setup with inaccurate instructions resulting in what was clearly not the first flood in the room. However, ut was the first I ever encountered and it was mortifying. So much water it was seeping out the door. I will not embarrass the owner and post photos. Sadly, they did not have staff to deal with it until, get this, TWO DAYS LATER. Then they left a soaking rug which caused a stench beyond compare. Took another day to get that out. The bugs were thrilled, so much so, in fact, that I’m home now and I brought a few unwanted guests with me.
I should add that the photos have no resemblance to the property. Pool is in dismal shape. Staff are always absent and do not adhere to the poste schedule. Be prepared to bring your luggage up stairs. The lady who was present could not manage mine and no one was present when I left.

the property is very worn down. plaster peeling from the walls. the jacuzzi was not working and the pool was very dirty. no concierge and no staff at the bar. terrible communication via both booking.com and WhatsApp- no response to basic questions.
The view was amazing and you can't really beat it! The location is great and very central to everything. The pool was perfect after a hot day in PV! This place is a great value and great location, I think we would stay here again.
To get to our room from the downtown PV is quite a hike in the heat but we knew that going in. The shower did spray all over the bathroom so we had to use a towel every time to soak it up and part of the shower fixture was broken. We couldn't turn off the light in the patio and we asked management to turn it off but they never did after two days so our room was very bright at night.
The bed was amazing. The views are spectacular

The manager was very shady and unpleasant. After making a non-refundable reservation, we were informed that no other person could set foot in the establishment, even for a few minutes-- not to meet up with us before going out, not in our room, not in the common areas, not on the deck, not at the pool, and absolutely no exceptions were allowed. When we contested that, the manager said that it is not a hotel and we should leave immediately. We were forced to request a refund and leave after one night there. A very unpleasant experience.
