Good location, comfy bed, amazing sunset views
Pros:

The location was nice, we had an amazing patio with sunset views. If you can’t do hills it was a bit of a trek but close to the melecon. The bed was super comfy and the pool area was nice. The kitchen was basic but had pretty much everything you needed, we only cooked breakfasts so it was perfect.

Cons:

There wasn’t a whole lot of storage in the room, only 2 hangers and nowhere to really put your clothes. The property is for sale so it definitely needs a little tlc, the price was a bit high.

Pros:

What a beautiful little place! So many unexpected touches and lovely details like the handpainted floral murals and marble floors. Nice pool area with ocean view. Stocked kitchenette with an absolutely silent refigerator! And a great location for walking PV. We loved our stay.

The location was pretty close to everything but it has pros and cons being in the hill. The view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful but walking back and forth from the main street can be a bit of a work out! The hotel can really use some TLC's.

A lovely, and luxurious, place to stay....once one sorts out how to get in-&-out, and around the cit
Pros:

The layout and the facilities (general). Very comfortable bed.
Loved the dramatic-locale...however...
May need some advertising about the need for a taxi that knows the exact address (several thought they could drop us off, a block short, on the south side of the building,. which is 80 steps from the front door ....and also to get out & about in the city. May need an info-sheet inside the front door.

Cons:

Feel like the owner isn't paying attention. We were left standing at the front door for 15 minutes, and in the late evening, with a key that didn't work, and wondering how to get into the residence. A friendly-greeting would help.
Need two copies of the key...for two or more guests.
May need to be SPECIFIC in the advertising that mobility-impaired older people may have real problems negotiating this locale. I was house-bound for 3 days, and couldn't shop for the necessary food. Because there isn't a useful telephone, couldn't get hold of a taxi.
There were ants coming into the kitchen--and on the cooking counter.
Needs a few more things in the kitchen, in particular basic condiments like salt-&- pepper, and sugar, in little packets.

Cons:

How people come in our rooms While we weren't there.
They don't clean the room.You only get one clean per stay.No fresh towels garbage is overflowing.
Way too many rules.
Nobody was ever around if you needed anything.And there was no water anywhere on the premise to drink.

Pros:

Gorgeous ocean views and was roomy. It’s walking distance from the attractions and was quiet in and around the property. Overall great stay for the value.

Cons:

Showing some wear for the pool/jacuzzi. Jacuzzi wasn’t on or working during our stay. The harder to reach areas like fans need to be wiped. I would place a standard shower system or close it in as the shower shoots out to the sink on the other mode.

*would like to have full length body mirror since the only mirror is the small bathroom.

Perfect location for a week in Peurto Vallarta
Pros:

Beautiful room and view made it easy to watch the sunset and fireworks from bed. The location was centrally located between 5th of December and Zona Romántica neighbourhoods

Pros:

It was such a lovely stay - beautiful room and beautiful space with great views and a pool! Felt very tranquil and so close to everything too!

Cons:

Communication was a bit difficult - you had to use WhatsApp to talk to the host to get the keys, ask questions (which was alright, just a bit inconvenient) and I had a mountain view room which was amazing but the curtains/blinds would open right onto other properties so I had to keep my windows closed the entire time.

Pool area was a little tired but was nice all the same. There is a walk up the hill to this location that can be a little taxing if you are not ready for it.
