They ask for immediate deposit before you stay and you get it back in 10 days
Pros:

I liked that it was close to a lot of stores

Cons:

They had a quiet hour sign for noises to be kept down at 10pm but there were other guest in the building that made so much noise running up and down the stairs after hours and there was no enforcement for the rules

Que pidan un deposito extra cuando uno ll2ga, me parece una gandalles, pues uno ya pagó la estancia, ll2ga cansado, tal vez sin dinero y no l9 dejan entrar si no se paga el deposito, eso no l9 deb2 permitir booking.

- access system without key (provided by staff). Amazing!
- support before check in
- deposit assistance
- huge appartment
- roof area made as a lounge zone. Nice.
- close to center and strategically to other places
- 20m to small shop and bakery
- coffee + sugar + salt. Love it
- price / value
- nice kitchen

Cons:

- bit small shower and door didnt close completely causing some water spill
- doors dont protect from noise. You will hear someone talking at ladder.
- sofa at hall could be more comfy
- access to appartment through parking
