good place to stay if you want location, comfort and savings
Pros:

Kitchen was good. Location was away from beach and center of tourist area so it was quiet.

Cons:

The reception was digital. We had to ask the room service for toilet paper, but immediately they were on any request.

Not my stay of choice
Pros:

Room was spacious.
Lots of hot water.
A/C worked okay.

Cons:

No one ever at reception; had to have taxi driver call hotel to get entry info after standing around for 30 minutes (they sent email w/entry info but we had no wifi connection/password so we could receive the email); had to leave door unlocked to get maid service; stairs are horrible (fell going up); no drinking water in dispenser; no security whatsoever; no in-room safe; only 2 chairs pool side & the same 2 people always occupied the chairs. Have stayed at other island hotels for same price with NONE of these issues.

Cons:

Nunca hubo recepcionista, nunca limpiaron mi habitación, el aire acondicionado servía por ratos, la alberca está mal distribuida y eso genera que no se vea atractiva a la vista, al estar tan lejos de todo al menos deberían tener contacto de taxista, el que tienen anunciado ni siquiera contesta. La señora del aseo es muy poco profesional y nada amable. Cuando llegue solo me dijo “ah pues sube, ahí está la llave y tu cuarto” y de hecho yo la tuve que estar buscando porque nadie sabía dónde estaba.

Pros:

Le lit était ok

Cons:

Pas d'eau pendant 36 heures, aucun effort de communication, matériel vétuste, personnel absent.

Après avoir fait une réclamation auprès de Airbnb, je n'ai été que maigrement compensé de 15€ (la nuit coûtait 65€ et j'en ai passé deux).

Hotel semi abandonat a Holbox
Pros:

La ubicació està bé, però tenint en compte que holbox és petit, tampoc té molt mèrit.
El llit és còmode i gran.
Té cuina i nevera.
Té A/C i ventilador de sostre.

Cons:

En 3 dies d'estada només hem vist 1 persona d'staff el 1r dia, la resta l'hotel està semi abandonat per part de la propietat.
Nul manteniment: portes trencades, lavabo trencat, la dutxa calcificada no deixava rajar aigua.
La neteja també és deficient, la pica del bany embossada de pèls d'altres clients. La piscina té verdet al fons i està en mal estat de manteniment. L'estat general de les instal•lacions no és conforme amb el preu que pagues. No fan les habitacions, no netegen ni reposen tovalloles i si tens algun contratemps no hi ha personal per resoldre res.

Great value for property. The location was good. Easy walk to everything

Towels were worn and there was not enough kitchen supplies- one glass/person, one cutlery set/person etc.

Logement pas à la hauteur de notre expérience à Holbox
Pros:

L‘hôtel est très bien placé. Au calme mais à 5/10 minutes du centre à pied, à quelques minutes de la plage et des premiers commerces.

Cons:

Le logement est très rudimentaire. Pas de rangement. Aucune pression dans la douche avec une odeur nauséabonde.
Nous n’avons jamais jeté de papier dans les toilettes mais elles se bouchaient quand même après chaque passage.
Aucun check out. Nous avons laissé le logement ouvert et envoyé un message à l’établissement via booking pour annoncer notre départ.

Buen lugar pero fallaron las instalaciones
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena y los departamentos tienen cocina.

Cons:

Lamentablemente durante nuestra estadía hubo problemas con el agua y el servicio no se pudo regular. Si bien se intentó arreglar, la dueña del lugar nunca apareció y tampoco se compensaron esos días que estuvimos sin agua.

Horrible experience
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Pool was filthy and unusable. We had no running water for the 3 days we were there, completely unacceptable. Management and any staff not around the hotel. Bathroom is extremely small. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with much, no dish towel, paper towel, napkins, only one cup and one coffee cup. Horrible stay and ended up having to leave and pay for another hotel. Booking.com and hotel would not refund our money. Which should be a given not having running water for three days!!!! Beware of this very cheap and poorly managed/maintained hotel.
