Perfect place, near everything!
Pros:

Very well located near everything. The place is comfortable and we loved having a small kitchen. The staffs were super helpful. We also loved the rooftop terrace. Great view, nice wind on a hot afternoon.

Cons:

The shower was not great. And sometimes a smell came out from the pipes of the shower. I guess it is an old building, and it is to be expected.

Hotel was centrally located. The apartment was great, with a very comfortable bed. The roof terrace was awesome as well.
What made the stay even better was the extremely nice md helpful staff!

Les gens sont très gentils, l'appartement est propre. Il est situé un peu en périphérie de la zocalo mais tout de même très près à pied. Très beau rooftop.

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement vieillot. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que la fenêtre donne sur un corridor intérieur. L'appartement était en-deçà de nos réservations habituelles. Mais ça, ça dépend des gens

Highly recommended! Lots of return visitors for good reason!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious suites in an excellent location! The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. They and went out of their way to be of assistance and several staff spoke very good English which was appreciated by us minimal Spanish speakers.

Cons:

Property was a little dated but well maintained and added to the charm. There is nothing negative to report.

Great Oaxaca Value
Pros:

Having an apartment w kitchen was very usefu to cook our breakfasts. Roof patio lovely. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. Excellent value.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have more of a view besides an outside wall and more comfortable chairs in kitchen area.

Pros:

Great location, 5 minutes from the center but isolated and more quiet. Room is huge, with kitchen hallway for sitting down, bathroom and big bedroom. The stuff are super nice and helpful, but please be aware they speak only Spanish if it is an issue for you.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty old and outdated. The shower wasn't great and the power plugs weren't located conveniently. But this is just nitpicking. This is a great place for the price.

lo que le falta es aire acondicionado nada mas porque tiene ventiladores la cama esta confortable la cocina esta limpia aunque no la utilice pero el lugar esta a gusto con muy buena ubicación, todo esta a ala mano
