Confortable y bien ubicado
Pros:

Que la habitación es como un tipo departamento con todo lo necesario, adicional tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador, además su ubicación y que cuenta con estacionamiento.

Cons:

El único detalle es que como llegamos por la noche, encontramos que las ventanas estaban abiertas y como ese día llovió muy fuerte, se metió bastante agua al baño y la recámara.

Excelente ubicación cerca del centro con estacionamiento seguro. Lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Cerca del centro, estacionamiento a un costado. Excelente atención. Llegamos antes del checkin y no hubo problemas al usar el estacionamiento. El tamaño de los suites es amplió y muy tranquilo. Hay cocina para cocinar, aún solo lo usamos para calentar café (que hay en el depa para usar)

Cons:

El baño huele a humedad, también la regadera no me parecieron los más limpios, las toallas igualmente. Les recomiendo traer sus propias toallas.
Aún recomiendo venir por las cualidades en los otro aspectos

Easy, clean, friendly, central
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities and room were very clean and well presented and it was great to have a kitchenette and a TV with cable channels. The location was also very handy to all the central attractions.

Cons:

The noise coming from the courtyard attached to the room below was a bit annoying at times. It would have been nice to get a hand with my luggage.

Perfect place, near everything!
Pros:

Very well located near everything. The place is comfortable and we loved having a small kitchen. The staffs were super helpful. We also loved the rooftop terrace. Great view, nice wind on a hot afternoon.

Cons:

The shower was not great. And sometimes a smell came out from the pipes of the shower. I guess it is an old building, and it is to be expected.

Hotel was centrally located. The apartment was great, with a very comfortable bed. The roof terrace was awesome as well.
What made the stay even better was the extremely nice md helpful staff!

Les gens sont très gentils, l'appartement est propre. Il est situé un peu en périphérie de la zocalo mais tout de même très près à pied. Très beau rooftop.

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement vieillot. Nous n'avons pas apprécié que la fenêtre donne sur un corridor intérieur. L'appartement était en-deçà de nos réservations habituelles. Mais ça, ça dépend des gens

Highly recommended! Lots of return visitors for good reason!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious suites in an excellent location! The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. They and went out of their way to be of assistance and several staff spoke very good English which was appreciated by us minimal Spanish speakers.

Cons:

Property was a little dated but well maintained and added to the charm. There is nothing negative to report.
