The location was good. Near to 99 speedmart and restaurant. The house was good and comfortable. All the facilities was working so good. Definitely will book this house next time I’m travelling area JB.
Two of the single beds hurt my family's backs. There is a bed in a room with a toilet and another bed without one. Both queen beds are fine. Since one member of my family sleeps on the couch and the other must share, I hope the management or owner takes notice of this.
Clean and comfortable strategically located
Would have been better if the rfid for parking is working fine. It’s a big inconvenience to get the guard to let our car in every day and also let our car out as the rfid tag was not working at all
Interior decor was nice and pretty
Toilet floor was grimy, and floor of the living room is sticky when your feet are wet (likely due to the cleaning agents used)

Big apartment, near the shop lots even though you need to use a car. No shop lots below the apartment.
Management didn't do a thorough check before a new customer arrived. The items left in the safe box differ compared to what is shown in the leaflet given and no answer given when we asked. Didn't come and help when we had a problem entering the car park. No proper guidance on how to use the infrared card to enter the parking area (not stated in the leaflet).
Low water pressure in the toilet.
A dirty refrigerator, can find insects in it.
Lumpy mattress.
The aircond was installed above the bedroom door but was barred by the cupboard. So you won't feel the cool air from the aircond directly and need to use a fan as well.

The homestay is quite big, with beds was enough for 9 person
There is only one parking lot， if need another parking lot will need to charge RM10 per night（we seperately ask from 2 guard）…
Kitchen not really clean，dead cockroaches in the cupboard，the kitchen utensils in the cupboard were not cleaned，clean for room and living room
