The owner cancelled my booking a few hours before arrival and did not refund my booking money immediately. I highly do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Be careful if you want to book this accommodation..it is probably a scam.
I booked for 1 month, but on the day I wanted to check in, the room I booked was no longer available... but the money was refunded...

Hi, I just wanted to share my honest experience. To be frank, my booking was cancelled just three hours before check-in. I had been travelling and was already tired, so to receive a last-minute cancellation notice really caught me off guard.
For context, I actually messaged the owner a week before my trip to ask for any details about the homestay. The only response I got was that it would be checked. I followed up again a day before my trip, but there was no reply at all.
Although I did receive a refund, this whole experience has been disappointing and stressful. It honestly left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be booking here again in the future.

It was relatively quiet and there are few eating places and mart within the premises. It is convenient to get the local transport such as Grab. The transmission and return of refundable deposit via local bank transfer has been smooth,

I like the swimming pool.
The owner and staff are very late to update and no one picks up the call before check in 2.30pm they respond. After check in. Suddenly black out at 7.40pm there is no electricity..! And the staff are not responsible for not picking up the call when an emergency happens , and about 1 hour later they ask to change the unit. Worse experience with these and waste time. Not worth it.. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 I'm not happy at all.
It just a condo with some parts of spoiling. nothing much i can say. i dont feel like to this homestay.
Now was so many scammers, i didn't know it is the owner who texting me to seek for the deposit. And i just didn't pay for the deposit before arriving. So she doesn't provide me the password to get the key. After i forward the deposit to the owner, and the line is weak when i reach the condo. I am 1st time being request to pay deposit before enter due to it's homestay. due to my family is all waiting for me to get the house key for about half an hour. i dont received any instruction like how to enter until i try to call. she doesnt accept my call, just ask me to text. urghh, such as bad experience about waiting the text.

I booked this property without reading reviews and eventually saw many bad reviews. Was very concerned however to my suprise everything was smooth. Owner whatsapped clear details and was very responsive
A deposit of rm100 required which was not stated upfront, but upon check out within 2 hours, the owner refunded the deposit, so there no issue. All good.

Disappointed with the booking. I had booked rooms 1 month advance, (3Bedrooms Home).
A day before my arrival, to have final confirmation, called / sent message to Customer care number (provided at website for this property ) but did not received any response.
And on the day of my travel, received message from Customer care that they don't have flat as per my booking and have to adjust with alternative 2Bedroom flat else will cancel my booking.
I was surprised with this last minute call and had a no choice to go with their proposal as all the planning was already done from my end for travelling.
