Pros:

Good connection to city center with tram and walkable distance to the beach. Drugstore and supermarket in 2 minutes walk. Spacious. Facilities were good (pots, dishes, cups) but frying pans were pretty damaged. Salt and pepper were useful. Convenient check in/out.

Cons:

There was fire alarm ringing at 23.00 and it was lasting more than 15 mintues... Fire fighters came and they didn't really find the fire but the alarm went on.... Other guests and I were standing outside for some time and it was definitely unpleasant. The coatings of frying pans were off.

Toole Lage und süßes kleines Apartment. Sehr still, obwohl viel Verkehr auf der Straße ist.

Cons:

Das Sofabett ist sehr unbequem und es sieht alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig aus, die Dusche setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Es ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussieht.

Stairs - typical Dutch stairs. For people who are aware it’s absolutely OK.
Kitchenette is good, everything worked well.

Cons:

Sound isolation is poor.

No elevator, be considerate.
