Makkelijk toegankelijk, leuke locatie, compact appartement

Cons:

Slaapbank was niet goed slaapbaar, die zou echt wel beter moeten. Vaatwasser heb ik niet aangekregen, kleine beschrijving er bij was fijn. Ik had geen warm water, via het algemene nummer gebeld en doorgegeven, moest toen nog een paar uur wachten en toen nog kwam er niemand, toen iemand aangesproken die een kamer in orde aan het maken was en die heeft mij heel goed geholpen. Fijn als er voor dit soort belangrijke dingen toch een lokaal nummer bekend os zodat dit sneller opgelost kan worden.

Cons:

De TV deed het niet goed, alleen soort streamen maar het internet was te traag, ook erg ingewikkeld en geen beschrijving hoe het werkte. Er was ook maar 1 stoel, de ander moest noodgedwongen op bed zitten.

Very bad and unacceptable experience.
I paid for a room, but the room I was given was in a terrible condition and was clearly not properly cleaned. I am attaching photos so people can see for themselves. No one should be expected to sleep in a room like that.
I called twice, but nobody solved the problem. They did not provide another room, they did not fix the situation, and they still took the money.
Would you sleep there yourself?
Everyone should know about this before booking. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience.
We paid for a room, but when my colleagues arrived, the room was not properly cleaned and was not in a condition where they could stay. Because of this, they had nowhere to sleep and were forced to leave.
I called twice to report the problem, but no proper action was taken. In the end, the hotel still tried to keep part of the money and only offered a 40% refund for a room that was never used.
This situation was entirely the hotel’s responsibility. If you charge guests for accommodation, then the room should be clean and ready. Unfortunately, this was handled very poorly.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Il faudrait prévoir une fiche ou doc pour infos essentielles pour les voyageurs

Cons:

Le prix de la place des parking !! Toutes les 2 ou 3 heures il faut descendre remettre des sous après une journée bien remplie (gratuit de minuit à 10h). Le budget vacances y passe !!
Ventilation dans le logement un peu bruyante lorsque l'on veut dormir

Lovely room and great location. Tram stop about 30 seconds from the hotel, lots of shops too.

Cons:

Courtyard could do with sprucing up as looks a bit neglected.

Pros:

Good connection to city center with tram and walkable distance to the beach. Drugstore and supermarket in 2 minutes walk. Spacious. Facilities were good (pots, dishes, cups) but frying pans were pretty damaged. Salt and pepper were useful. Convenient check in/out.

Cons:

There was fire alarm ringing at 23.00 and it was lasting more than 15 mintues... Fire fighters came and they didn't really find the fire but the alarm went on.... Other guests and I were standing outside for some time and it was definitely unpleasant. The coatings of frying pans were off.
