Pros:

De ligging van het appartement was perfect. Op loopafstand van strand, restaurants en het zeeaquarium. Het appartementje was voorzien van een klein keukentje met een filter koffiezetapparaat, een vierpits gasfornuis en een waterkoker en een goede koelkast. Prima voor eenvoudige maaltijden.
De zitmeubels zijn comfortabel en in industriële stijl. Het bed ligt goed en de waren opgemaakt. Een perfecte locatie voor een paar dagen aan zee

Cons:

Wat een compleet waardeloze ervaring in dit hotel. Wij hadden voor vier dagen geboekt, maar zijn na een enorme aanvaring met het personeel vroegtijdig vertrokken. De situatie was zo onprettig en onprofessioneel dat we uit pure ellende een andere accommodatie hebben moeten boeken.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, werden we een week later ineens benaderd met de vraag of we “nog even een openstaande rekening wilden betalen”. Dit terwijl wij alles gewoon netjes met pin hadden afgerekend en dit ook kunnen aantonen. Het feit dat ze hun administratie zo slecht op orde hebben en gasten hier achteraf mee lastigvallen, zegt alles over hoe dit hotel gerund wordt.

Daarnaast is het hotel zelf zwaar onder de maat: oud, versleten, vies en slecht onderhouden. Alles voelt gedateerd en onverzorgd. De hygiëne laat ernstig te wensen over en het totaalplaatje is gewoon beschamend.

En dan het personeel — ronduit verschrikkelijk. Onvriendelijk, niet behulpzaam en totaal niet oplossingsgericht. In plaats van mee te denken, maken ze de situatie alleen maar erger.

Kortom: dit hotel is een absolute afrader op alle fronten. Bespaar jezelf de frustratie, het geld en de ellende en boek hier vooral niet.

Afgezien van geen magnetron was het verder prima, fijn eigen plekje, goed uitgangspunt voor wandelingen
Cons:

Douchedeur sluit niet goed, na paar keer douchen moeste we de vloer van de badkamer dweilen.
Niet handig dat er niet minimaal zout, peper en wat kruiden staan.
Jammer dat er niet een nespresso apparaat was. Er was alleen filterkoffie (dan moet je eerst filters en koffie kopen).
Allerminste vonden we dat er niet een (kleine) magnetron was (voor hete melk voor de koffie of besteld eten even opwarmen).
De klem op de balcondeur werkt niet goed.
Parkeerplaats is erg krap met in-en uitmanoeuvreren

Zahlung nur mit EC oder bar. Klärt vorher ab -telefonisch-schriftliche Nachrichten werden nicht beantwortet-welche Etage, bei uns stand Terrasse und wir waren in der 2. ETAGE . Schwerbehinderung mit Knie und Hund mussten wir immer tragen

kurze Wege zum Strand. Gastronomie in der Umgebung sehr gut. sehr gute Anbindung des Ortes an diverse Wanderrouten. sehr gute Anbindung an umliegende Orte wie Alkmaar, Schoorl etc.

Cons:

Diverse Mängel im Zimmer, die in unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht behoben wurden. Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Der Toilettendeckel war gebrochen.Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Unter dem Bett war eine immense Ansammlung von Dreck. Steile Treppenaufgänge zu den Zimmern.

Alles O.K.!
Hatten leichte Bedenken wegen einiger weniger guten Bewertungen. Haben aber alles sauber und in Ordnung vorgefunden.
Es ist kein neues Haus und es gibt halt leichte Abnutzung am Mobiliar. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältis ist prima.
