light on the restroom got busted on the second day of stay, and we are having 6 days in total, so we dont have light on the toilet for 5 days, sent a message on host but doesnt reply. The water dispenser doesnt have cold water. Other than that all other appliances are working.

Pros:

One Oasis cancelled my booking 2 days before our stay. They did not contact me. I contacted them thru phone call because no one answered my email, WhatsApp message and message to booking.com. One Oasis is unprofessional in terms of doing business. I am glad that i found Eon Tower and we stayed there.
