Pros:

I booked the place cause its so near the airport just 5mins drive and Manny and his hospitality will make us come back. My husband and I enjoyed the place its clean and feels homey. Manny is so accomodarinf and even helped me find another accomodation for my family as the other one I booked was not good. Just outside the gate are shops, drugstore, few mins walk and youll find the supermarket and few options of restaurants. I highly recommend this place when transiting in NAIA T3 or when staying in the area.

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, zu Fuß erreichbar von Terminal 3. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt, aber insbesondere hat die Geruchsbelästigung mich stark beeinträchtigt, es roch unerträglich nach verstopftem Abfluss - Gülle oder sonst irgendwas, Schlafen war kaum möglich, sehr sehr schade!

Second home away from home
Pros:

This is my second time staying, as it’s walking distance to terminal 3 airport,very secure.
It feels like a second home with everything you need.
I will definitely be staying here when I visit the Philippines in the future.
His standard of cleanliness is above excellent, and he really takes care of his guest..
