I've stayed in far worse places in major European cities at 4 times the cost, so to me it was decent for the one night I had to stay.
You can cook, you can shower (bring own stuff), you can have your tea or coffee (bring own stuff), bed is reasonably comfortable. Ac works, fan works, fridge nice and cold. Decent size balcony.
Bad/no communication with the owner and having to wait around until the owner shows up with the key, which takes a long time and because reception have no record of who is staying in this condo, which is confusing to both you and them but they are very helpful in getting him to come around.
The place could do with a bit of tender loving care and some fresh clean towels in the kitchen would be nice, very dirty.
No WiFi which is stated in the booking and a good bit of roadnoise but that's the location you pick.
No hot water but this is the Philippines so take this in consideration.
Unlike some reviews I had no issues with bugs and overal I found it matching the expectation after reading all the feedback.....low cost, good location, reasonably comfortable all in all fair for the price.
Location is one tree palm villas cluster D, make sure you take screenshot of your booking and the name of the condo and contact number of onwer, if you are like me and rely on WiFi, you will have non there. The name of the condo wil help you speed up things at reception.

Es ist in der Nähe vom Einkaufscenter und Flughafen NAIA Terminal 3. Die Wohnung war sauber.In der Nähe gibt es 7eleven und Starbucks bzw. möglich etwas Essen zu gehen.
Die Adresse ist nicht korrekt. Es war auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Das Bidet war kaputt, kein warmes Wasser und Toilette war defekt😅
