Pros:

None

Cons:

Host cancelled our booking when we were in Baguio already. Reason given: ongoing maintenance of the property. Just plain stupidity!!! Why would you accept a booking when your property is not available???

The room was cozy and comfy. The elevator was working well. the lobby was amazingly great.

Cons:

The parking lot. there was a 500 per day fee for the parking lot. which i think is very expensive

Our one-night stay at The Vista Brent Hill Baguio with our family exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The staff was accommodating, the facilities were very good, and the cleanliness was excellent. Overall, the comfort and value provided were exceptional, making it a memorable vacation experience. You can negotiate with the owner about special requests coz she is friendly and humble

Cons:

Parking is not available. So, if you'll bring your car, get ready to pay. But there are alternatives. Park free at your own risk outside the property or pay a cheaper price at the mall nearby(SM).

Nothing is likeable

Cons:

Far from main attractions, the room was soooo dirty and smelly. The sheets, pillow cases, slippers are used. The beds were full of dusts and the fridge was so stinky.

Pros:

Complete and very clean room, unit. Just enough for a family of four. The balcony ads more fresh air from the trees. The price is reasonable, water heater is working, microwave, cooking materials, name it. Parking is not crowded, i think because the condo is still on pre selling stage.

Cons:

Had to pay for a parking slot, and you can't wait in the lobby. Too strict, but non-sense.

Brand new two bed condo superb clean,spacious very quite very nice and comportable bed moderate in price ,perfect for my budyet ,my family really enjoy during our stay in the The vista Brent Hill it's perfect place for vacation , the staff is very respectful and helpfull with with 24 security cctv, with parking ,very close for everything you need close to shopping mall and close to the center of Baguio where walking distance from Burham park,I will comeback here next family vacation trip thank you""""😉😉
