Memorable,convenient and definitely good value!
Pros:

Nicely decorated, clean and conveniently located steps to Ali Mall, SM Mall and Gateway Mall! Heidi the caretaker was awesome! The pool was awesome too!

Cons:

No complaints!

Great location, like the view
Pros:

The property location

Cons:

Pool was not in use. There’s an extra refundable payment of 1,000 for downpayment. The property seems to be clean but it was infested by cockroaches that was coming out of the sinks and drains (likely they came from next door neighbours. We have called the care taker, she gave us the cockroach spray. We have killed so many, but still plenty come out. Mother hears whistles and movements on top of the bunk bed despite of her staying alone in the room. We have checked out a day early due to the above and asked our family to collect our luggages and our downpayment of 1,000 pesos
