I would never stay here for love or money! If a picture says a thousand words, then Horizon 101 is the image of all time

The place is reeking. The sewer is ever present, oozing through the drainage of the kitchen sink 24/7. I literally had to stuff it as a way to tamp down the odor. The utensils are subpar. Roaches are everywhere, particularly around the kitchen area. I dread going back home with gifts that I didn’t ask for. Prostitution is rife on this street. It’s overwhelming! For the rate that is charged here, it needs to be matched with proper infrastructure. No value for money. I felt insulted for enduring something like this. It doesn’t have to be so as there are better stewards of apartments in this town. This place is a dump in my view.

Cons:

The condo has many floors, so it's always crowded, and my family, especially my kids, have experienced some unfortunate treatment. One incident that really upset me was when the guard refused to let my eldest kid inside. I understand the guard is just doing his job to keep the place secure, but the way he treated my eldest kid was really upsetting. He even mocked him in front of others, making comments about a supposed fight in the parking lot. It was humiliating for my kid, and honestly, it left me feeling deeply disappointed and sad. The whole experience was unnecessary, and I wish the situation had been handled with more respect and understanding.And the lady receptionist looks always unhapppy..she never smile..she’s not good customer service
