I didn't get what I booked
Pros:

The location was good for where the event was that I was attempting

Cons:

I booked into the Heaven Suites Wind Residences which have 5 towers with good quality rooms. What I actually got was a place on the other side of the property that had 2 towers called Cool Suites. The room was tiny and would have struggled to accommodate 1 so for three it was a massive squeeze. The wifi and even phone data didn't work well...a lot of time watching the circle of doom. The sliding door on the "bedroom" was broken and clearly has been for some rime

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Cons:

The phone number in the listing wasn’t updated. I tried contacting the number but it was unreachable. When i messaged the property manager in the app, they only responded past the check in time. We were never given the check in instructions ahead of time. When they were finally responding, they were unapologetic as if they did nothing wrong. Listings like these give booking.com a bad name.
