Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

W całym apartamencie oraz na klatkach schodowych nie bylo ani jednej wycieraczki do butów, co przy obecnie panujących warunkach atmosferycznych powodowało znaczący nieporządek.
Apartament nie mial na wyposażeniu kuchennym wystarczających sztućców i przyborów do gotowania. Kuchnia nie była zaopatrzona w żadne przyprawy ( chociażby sol, pieprz) ani w recznik papierowy. Na umyte naczynia nie bylo osuszacza.
