Hezký hotel uprostřed krásně udržovaného lázeňského parku. V těsné blízkosti historického lázeňského centra. Velmi milá a ochotná obsluha. Dobrá snídaně. Dobrý poměr cena / kvalita

Cons:

U hotelu není možné parkovat a parkovací místa na ulici měla omezenou kapacitu. Bazén uváděný na fotografiích není součástí budovy. Velmi slabá nabídka nápojů během snídaně, pouze čaj, káva a voda.

Hezký pokoj,malý,ale cítili jsme se v něm útulně,lampičky a noční stolky u postelí.
Skříň i na delší pobyt, koupelna prostorná.
Čistota,okno do parku.
Krásná renesanční jídelna,snídaně OK.

Świetne miejsce, w którym można wypocząć, zachwycić się pięknymi widokami i skorzystać z zabiegów.
Pros:

Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Duży wybór, ciepłe potrawy, kawa z ekspresu, bardzo miła obsługa i znakomite widoki na góry z okna. Bardzo wytworna sala, w której jadaliśmy posiłki, także obiady w przystępnej cenie. Wyjście z budynku wprost do Ogrodu Zdrojowego, niedaleko Ogrody norweskie, i bardzo ładna Starówka Cieplicka
