Pros:

Price, has a restaurant downstairs, a place close by to get breakfast.

Cons:

No hand towels, poor towel quality, need side tables by bed, no lamps in bedroom to control lighting, electric outlet in bedroom too far from bed to charge and use cel phone.

The lighter for the stove didn’t work. The bar across the street~I would avoid Friday night. The slower was a trickle of warm water….ok, but not great.

La comodidad de la cama no es de las mejores. Tiene el Nylon del colchón puesto y hace ruido al moverse.
La ducha es muy leve.

Almost a great deal....
Pros:

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable as far as beds and furnishings. HOWEVER, there was no hot water for our two night stay. The host DID send someone to try to fix it, but apparently she couldn't remedy the problem. The location is right near the beach, but not near much of anything else except for a seafood restaurant nextdoor, which was very good. No place to get coffee or breakfast. You'll need a car or other transportation for extras. I would recommend this hotel since the lack of hot water might have been a fluke. It's a good value otherwise being so close to the beach.
