Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très accueillantes et serviables, l'appartement propre.

Pour une famille de 4, c'est un peu serré, pour le prix on pourrait s'attendre à plus d'espace.

Feels like it has seen better days
Pros:

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, convenient parking, helpful staff.

Cons:

It could be a great place if it were better maintained. Everything is starting to fall apart a little and feels like it has seen better days. The sink plugs don’t work, some drains are clogged or drain very slowly, the safe has a dead battery, the Wi-Fi only works in half of the apartment, the windows can’t be properly secured, etc.

These days, I’d also consider a dishwasher in the kitchenette (which is missing) more important than having three TVs or an oven.

Overall, the place could really use a refresh.

Encara que els apartaments estan en un carrer a cinc minuts caminant del port d'Horta, les habitacions tenen una magnifica vista al mar on es pot veure el cim de Pico a l'illa veïna de Faial del mateix nom. Vam poder aparcar dins d'on hi ha els apartaments. Llits molt còmodes, cuina ben equipada.

Great staff and stunning views!!
Pros:

Great apartment, location and fantastic staff. The view of Pico from the balcony is stunning!! Travelled with our baby and staff provided a baby bath and crib. Elevators make the building accessible (great for stroller). The housekeeper Jennifer was incredibly kind and was very attentive to anything we needed. She was wonderful and we are so appreciative for her hospitality and the service she provided. Reception was open 08:00-22:00 which was nice.

Cons:

The apartment has dim lighting so it is a bit dark inside. It is an older building and there was evidence of water damage to the corner ceiling, but no major issues.
