A recepçao do responsavel ( que deve ser o proprietario ) sem educaçao nenhuma, tive que ligar varias vezes porque nao tinha recebido o meu codigo de acesso, o que me fez esperar mais de uma hora frente ao predio....e ele me desligava o telefone na cara sem dar as informaçoes necessarias....Depois foi uma empregada brasileira que me atendeu muito mal educada ao telefone com respostas completamente inadmissiveis perante um hospede ( Provavelmente que nunca lhe ensinaram as boas maneiras de onde ela vem...) Uma casa de banho horrivel, com um mao cheiro de canos que ate' impede de dormir a noite....Tudo muito velho , sem qualidade nenhuma...

Can't recommend!
Cons:

Very bad experience. They don't change the key box code and in the first night someone take my key and come inside of the house and stole my stuff, including my passport. No one take any responsibility of the happening; not the booking.com or the owner of the house. Police is trying to investigate but the owner of the house doesn't reply to anything. They also doesn't reply anything to me through the booking app. Can't recommend this house to no one!! I never had this bad experience and customer service experience. Now my Christmas and new year is ruined.

Cons:

A casa precisa precisa de pintura nova. Precisa se arranjar por tras da sanita que havia agua no chao. O chuveiro precisa ser trocado. A janela no quarto custa a trancar ao qual o quarto encontrava se mt frio. Os lençóis sao para o tempo quente que la se encontrava. Uma pquena máquina so nao sei se é do aquecimento mas do frio porque nao aquecia quente.
