Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel accueillant et disponible, logement propre et très bien situé
Pros:

Son emplacement parfait pour découvrir Lisbonne, l’accueil personnalisé, le confort de la chambre, la réactivité du room service

Cons:

La salle de bain qui est à rafraîchir, l’insonorisation (nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et beaucoup de bruits de porte principale qui claque, bruits extérieurs), la climatisation défectueuse (bruyante et coule le long du mur).

Pros:

De gastvrijheid en gedrevenheid van het personeel, de netheid en de stilte ondanks het feit dat resto’s en uitgaansgelegenheden vlakbij waren.

Cons:

Wij vonden alles ok. Ook fijn te kunnen vertoeven in het tuintje. Onze kinderen vonden het zetelend wel wat minder comfortabel.

Lovely
Pros:

Property was lovely, we had a gorgeous window which made the properly have a lovely feel. Includes breakfast (quite sweet). Great location, walkable distances to everywhere and gorgeous streets. Staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful!

Cons:

Shower head was small and would not stay in the same spot, bathroom was more dated than the rest of the property.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well located, making it easy to explore Lisbon. We were a group of three and the space accommodated us perfectly. One of the highlights was the cleanliness: the bed linen was spotless, and the apartment was consistently clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The kitchen was also very practical and convenient for preparing quick meals, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The main area for improvement is the breakfast. The idea of providing a pre-prepared breakfast box is nice; however, we had requested a vegan option and what we received was more vegetarian than vegan. In addition, the selection was quite limited, with many croissants and dry pastries, making the breakfast less enjoyable than expected.

Another point is that the apartment only provided coffee capsules, with no alternative coffee options available, which felt somewhat limiting.

The bathroom was clean and well maintained, but the bathtub setup may be less practical for guests with reduced mobility or for those who prefer a regular walk-in shower.

Muy cómodo realmente para una buena estadía. Poco práctico para cocinar. Las camas muy bien. Super espacioso
