Barrito Alto a Lisbona ma certo non in “Suite”
Pros:

Solamente la posizione e la tranquillità della zona.

Cons:

Praticamente tutto. La camera non era quella che avevamo sin dall’inizio richiesto (camera con letti a castello) ed era vera
mente troppo piccola per 4 persone (2 adulti e due ragazze di 15 e 17 anni), sprovvista di qualsivoglia confort standard (non c’era un armadio per gli abiti e in tutta la stanza c’era solamente una mensola con una decina di appendi abiti per 4 persone), con un divano letto che occupava praticamente tutto l’ingresso/soggiorno/cucina e quindi impediva praticamente l’uso della TV ed era a meno di un metro dall’angolo cucina e dal tavolo per la colazione (per fare colazione dovevamo spostare il tavolo dalla cucina e avvicinarlo al letto per riuscire a stare seduti). Il bagno non finestrato era vecchio, provvisto solo di vasca con doccino con sanitari poco funzionanti (il bidet praticamente inutilizzabile in quanto quando si apriva l’acqua anche al minimo spruzzava in tutto il bagno!), wc con seduta rovinata e ingiallita, aspirazione praticamente non funzionante (solo rumorosa ma poco efficace). Camera matrimoniale con letto messo in diagonale per il poco spazio a disposizione, con il misero appendiabiti di cui sopra e cassaforte…2 comodini inesistenti e luci ai comodini senza alcuna altra luce. Cucina con lavastoviglie, frigo e forno funzionale ma comunque poco utilizzabile vista la vicinanza del divano letto. Realisticamente questa era una camera per 2 adulti e non sicuramente per 4! Colazione servita in box lunch senza alcuna possibilità di scelta e senza tener conto di eventuali allergie o intolleranze alimentari, peraltro di qualità scadente e servita fredda. Personale gentile ma poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti e assente nel momento del bisogno (la seconda notte tra le 4 e le 5 è suonato l’allarme antincendio e in struttura non era presente nessuno del personale e nonostante ci fosse un numero di telefono per le emergenze nessuno ha risposto…solo dopo 40 minuti si è presentato qualcuno dello staff e ha zittito l’allarme!).

Kiváló lakosztály
Pros:

A bejelentkezési időhöz viszonyítva korábban érkeztünk a szállásra szakadó esőben. A recepción rákérdeztünk, hogy elfoglalhatjuk-e hamarabb a szállást. Természetesen már kész volt a szobánk és így elfoglalhattuk. Nagyon köszönjük. Csendes utca a járókelők nem zavarták a nyugalmat még a földszinti lakásban sem. Jól felszerelt konyha, tágas szobák.
A szállástól nem messze volt -10-15 perc sétálva- a kikötő a vasútállomás a központ. Innen minden irányba el tudtunk jutni busszal, villamossal metróval. A reggeli minden személyre kicsomagolva, dobozolva érkezett a megadott időpontban, csak sajnos hideg volt az étel (pirítós, szendvics).

Cons:

Az emeletes ágyon meglepődtünk.

L'emplacement, la chambre, le personnel très gentil, les cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner dans ce système de box, où les viennoiseries étaient très dures, elles paraissaient périmées, c'est dommage.

Cons:

Leider passen die Fotos auf Booking.com nicht mit dem erhaltenen DeluxeZimmer überein . Wir haben dieses Zimmer aufgrund der großen Fenster gewählt, diese waren nicht vorhanden, nur kleine Fenster.
Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer aber in Ordnung ;-)

Would come back!
Pros:

Amazing apartment, it's quite spacious. It's located in the city center, and while there are plenty of bars and restaurants around, it's not noisy. It has a peaceful garden with tables and chairs.
The staff is amazing! Special thanks to Yuri for being so helpful and kind. He shared great recommendations with us!

Fantastique séjour
Pros:

Un fantastique séjour dans un super logement, très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, extrêmement gentil, très disponible, arrangeant et à l'écoute. Les petits "plus" ont été très appréciés. Je recommande à 100%.

Pros:

A szállás nagyon jó helyen volt! A személyzet végtelenül kedves és segítőkész volt! A szoba kényelmes, és tiszta. Minden nap takarítottak, és feltöltötték a mini bárt! A reggeli pedig.... imádtuk! Kreatív, ötletes és bőséges!
