Pros:

位置很好就在国王喷泉正对面，房间空间很大，泳池设施很好。

Cons:

没有洗衣机这对于我们一大家子旅游来说很麻烦，虽然有厨房但是没有厨具，还不如干脆不设置厨房。

Waste of my trip
Pros:

Ideal location opposite to Cornish and Jeddah fountain. Lots of food options available on walking distance.

Very poor customer service and mismanagement.
My apartment was not ready upon arrival, and after several hours of waiting, I was allocated an incorrect unit with only one bed instead of the two-bedroom apartment booked for five people. I was repeatedly sent back and forth to reception, faced long delays, and was even asked to pay extra for additional beds despite the error being the property’s responsibility. The issue was only resolved at 7:30 p.m., although check-in was at 3:00 p.m. As a result, my first day in Jeddah was wasted, and the stress caused was unacceptable. This experience was well below expected service standards.

So far I can’t find any place better than the apartments in Jeddah

The apartment is very good option for families in Jeddah. It has an excellent location, very good facilities including swimming pool, gym and a business center

Situation geographique près de la corniche, personnel super gentil.

Cons:

2 appartements réservés depuis de longues dates mais à notre arrivée sur place, un des appartements de 3 chambres était indisponible
L employé de réception s excuse et me propose un appartement de 2chambres avec des des lits supplémentaires et au même prix que le 1er sans aucun geste commercial
Je n avais pas le choix que d accepter.
A aucun moment on m.a proposé de me changer l appartement durant mon séjour.
