Мы забронировали отель и указали в Booking com время приезда в 03.00. Мы должны были прилететь и зачелиться в 3 утр.
К сожалению, персонал гостиницы не понимает разницу в 03.00 и 15.00. Когда мы были ещё в аэропорту мы связались с отелем и нам сказали, что номер отменили, тк мы не приехали в 3 дня!!!!!
Владельцы отеля просим вас объяснить людям, работающим на ресепшене разницу между am and pm.
Также объяснить, что если люди бронируйте ночь, то это значит, что они могут заселились не только в 3 дня, но и в 3 ночи. Самолёты летают не только днем, но и ночью.
Крайне неприятно было узнать, что нам отменили бронь, а ещё начали учить, что мы не знаем разницу во времени. Обратите внимание, что при бронировании можно выбрать либо 03.00 либо 15.00 ( утро или день) и нигде не пишется при бронировании am or pm.

Спасибо другому отелю, где Нам оперативно в 03.00ночи !!!!! забронировали номер и заселили. Он был рядом с метро, с супер кроватями. А в ваш отель ни ногой!! Первый раз такое отношение за 13 лет использования Booking com

1. الاستقبال ودود ومرحب.
2. الموقع ممتاز على شارع تجاري وأمام مسجد (جامع).
3. باب الدخول لا يفتح على الشارع العام وهذا مريح.
4. المكان نظيف، الأثاث جيد جدا.
