Best place to stay when you need to be in the east of the island. Walking distance from bus, MRT and a huge shopping mall called NEX Serangoon. So actually could easily go anywhere in Singapore using public transport. Management always respond fast via WhatsApp if any issue or question and local staff Song is so kind and helpful that you feel welcome and taken care off.
Not anything to dislike.
We were made very welcome by Song when we first booked in. During our stay she was always happy to support us and did a good job of serving the unit weekly when we stayed. Coming from a cooler climate, we appreciated the comfort of air conditioning and fan to keep the temperature ok for two aged kiwi visitors.
A suggestion: for European visitors, a sliced bread toaster would be appreciated to prepare tea and toast breakfasts.
This place completely won me over. From the moment I stepped inside, I noticed how beautifully clean and fresh everything felt The location couldn’t be better. Just a few steps from the MRT, surrounded by shops, cafés, and little spots to explore. But honestly, what truly made my stay special were the people. Every staff member I met was warm, friendly, and made me feel like more than just a guest. I especially want to mention Song at the reception.
she’s the kind of person who makes you feel at home right away. Attentive, thoughtful, and always greeting you with a genuine smile, she made sure my whole stay was comfortable and easy.
It’s rare to find a place that’s this clean, this convenient, and filled with people who genuinely care. I left with such a happy heart, and I wouldn’t think twice about coming back.
I honestly don’t know why is there many Reviews mentioned the place cleanness. But in my case, it was always clean, always fresh.
Nice clean, decent-sized apartment near the MRT and some restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff too.
Nothing not to like.
The bed was very comfortable and the air con was a life saver. The location was great as the Serangoon MRT is only a few minute walk away.
The wifi wasn't fantastic, but worked adequately most of the time.

Soundproofing was horrible, just cause my wife coughs, we have to change room to a smaller room cos the next door complain.
Lift is very small and took some time to arrive.

There was renovation at the hotel too which was quite dusty and noisy at times.
The whole place was a scam. I had to refuse the room for the first time in my life (and I’ve stayed in hundreds of places). The place was way lower quality than in the description, super dirty, old fashioned, home appliances did not work, Wi-Fi not working, constant noise of renovation and terrible disgusting smell that made it impossible to stay. I had booked one week, but once I got my room I had to cancel as they were not able to provide what they had sold (not even a humanely habitable room), and I still have not gotten my money back. Would never book again and wish to warn others to avoid this place. Super disappointing and made me lose a full travel date.
the place is very clean, near to bus stop and near small mall (NEX), the staff (song) is very helpful and attentive.

There is no daily house keeping.
Comfortable rooms with washing machine and kitchen. Air conditioning worked well. Lovely view from our room on the 6th floor. Very helpful staff who you can contact quickly and easily on whatsapp. There was an issue with our first room and the staff moved us immediately which was great.
The drain in the bathroom was a bit blocked but maintenance fixed the issue within 2 hours of reporting it so it didn't affect our stay.
