Matig. Goed voor een nachtje, niet voor een verblijf.

Dat het vlak bij de metro en de supermarkt met bakkerijen was. (Met croissiantjes)

Geen raam, alsof je in een kelder sliep.
Personeel was onpersoonlijk. Geen groet bij binnenkomst, Geen erkenning. Wanneer er iets was, werd het op de lange baan geschoven.
Bijvoorbeeld, de handdoeken waren op. Antwoord: morgen hebben we nieuwe handdoeken.
De volgende dag. Helaas, we hebben er maar 1. Later kwamen ze er nog 3 brengen, nadat ik eerst moest refereren aan het gesprek van de dag ervoor.

De dag voor we weggingen (dag 5) werd onze kamer schoongemaakt.

Schimmel in de badkamer.

I don’t think I’m coming back
Pros:

I like the location. It’s near the MRT, City Square Mall and Mustafa.

Cons:

It’s not the cleanest. Seats at the lobby are stained, bathroom is moldy, very tattered and tired-looking bath towels are still being sent to rooms, throw pillows on the bed smell unhygienic, cleaning sched is only on 3rd day and they only fixed the bed (i don’t think they changed the covers), no floor/bathroom cleaning, housekeeping left our room ajar with the door hook (cleaners forgot), wifi password changed at night time with no updates from FO, elevator doors close as soon as passengers exit leaving the new passengers behind, they allow cooking on 4th floor so food smell is so strong.
