Pros:

Lekker zwembad

Cons:

- bedjes bij het zwembad zijn van hout en keihard. Ligt geen kussen bij, hebben ze ook niet.
- je krijgt geen handdoek voor bij het zwembad, zou je wel denken bij een luxe resort. Als je erom vraagt dan krijg je een soort van mini theedoek waar je kont niet eens op past
- föhn kapot
- douche lekt
- bar en restaurant constant dicht, je kan dus niet even lekker een drankje doen of een hapje eten.
- handdoeken die je krijg in de kamer zijn grotendeels oud en gerafeld, zitten gaten in.
- zitten allemaal vlekken op de sierkussens waarmee de bedden opgemaakt worden
- sportzaal beetje armoedig, geen airco, beschadigde machines, rommeltje
- spa niet gezien dus geen idee of deze er is en functioneert.
- overall hoge prijs voor weinig kwaliteit.
- 1 receptioniste was wel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, daar lag het niet aan!

Pros:

Het is ruim opgezet en het ontbijt is lekker

Cons:

1. Bij inchecken vroegen wij of het mogelijk was om de dag van vertrek om 7:30 ipv om 8 uur te ontbijten. Dat was toegezegd maar de avond van te voren bleek het toch niet mogelijk wegens personeelstekort. Aan compensatie wordt niet gedaan, er wordt simpelweg verwezen naar de voorwaarden en daarnaast word ik na mijn klacht daarover op de mail niet al te vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Ik vind deze handelswijze niet in verhouding staan tot de prijs.
2. Onze dochter bleef een nachtje logeren en daar moest extra voor betaald worden, wat ik begrijp maar niet in relatie tot wat het hotel kost. Het is prijzig.
3. Te weinig personeel dat ‘‘s ochtends het ontbijt kan maken. Er wordt bij inchecken gevraagd hoe laat je wil ontbijten. Vervolgens moet je dan nog 30 tot 45 minuten op het ontbijt wachten.
4. Sjechte aftersales.

De vriendelijkheid en service

Cons:

Tegenvallen is overdreven. Als gezin is het prettig om het eten/diner gelijktijdig te krijgen. Onze zoon was bijna klaar en wij zaten nog op ons eten te wachten. Daar kan wel iets meer aandacht naartoe.

A good experience nonetheless, will come back.
Pros:

- Room was comfortable, bedding was nice, all amenities necessary were there. Liked the little kitchen a lot.
- Staff was very pleasant and the boss was extremely nice and helpful when we encountered issues with our room (moved us to an identical room).
- Breakfast was tasty even though it takes a little time to be served, waiter was very nice.
- Bathroom is also nice, with bathrobes and more than enough towels. Might be a little small for some but it was perfect for our group.
- It was very calm and peaceful, perfect if you're booking to get some rest in a beautiful environment.

Cons:

- The stairs next to our room made a lot of noise, which can disturb your sleep.
- Not as clean as we would expect for the price, the second room we had was clean though.
- The location, having a car is a must. Or you will pay a hefty amount for a taxi. (Good thing is reception can call you a taxi at any time) Also, beware of raining season, locals told us the area can get flooded really quick.
- The pool was unavailable for our whole 3 day stay because it was getting renovated, the hotel didn't offer us a discount or anything, so we didn't enjoy much from the hotel besides our room.

It was very good for the most part.
Pros:

The room was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was very pleasant for the most part. However, one of the kitchen staff wasn't the most friendly. She just always seemed annoyed by some of our requests. (Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows). The guys at the entrance gate were always very nice, friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated their assistance, especially when it was pouring rain.

Enjoyed the warm atmosphere!
Pros:

The location is very nice and small gardens around the area. The rooms are comfy and the staff is friendly
