Pros:

Staff very helpful. Close to beach, 711 shop and hospital.
It appeared to be a busy complex but everyone was very quiet. No door banging etc.

Cons:

Tea and coffee facility was not in room. It was located in foyer.
Being a farang I was looking for Monta Apartment on arrival. A dark and rainy night. It appears that the sign is in Thai. Not their problem but something to be aware of if you don't read Thai.😃
