Pros:

The bed is comfy, wifi is available and bottled water and soap provided for the duration of the stay. Near convenience store.

Cons:

Far from most of the tourist attraction in Bangkok. No slippers, shampoo, conditioner, no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. The staff did not promote Bangkok and what to expect during the stay, even the easiest way to get around.

I'd stay again
Pros:

Great place to stay if you are working near IMPACT, it's only 10-15mins away depending on traffic. It's basic, could do with a lamp or bedside table but other than that for the prices it's way decent. The mall is right beside it, 7/11 across the street, and there is a lovely bar just down the street a bit and to your right. Perfect for is tbh and I would defo stay again.

Cons:

Could do with a bedside lamp and table. Perhaps a safe as well. The bed was very hard but I slept anyway!

Comfortable, and satisfied.
Pros:

The room is always clean, the place is safe with 24/7 available staff downstairs that are helpful, easy access to food and other amenities, speaking of warm weather in Bangkok the aircon is fantastic. And no unnecessary rules!. I wanna give a thumbs up to the staff downstairs that works on the evening The Patrix is lucky to have him.
