Pros:

Søde og hjælpsomme personale. God seng. Stille kvarter, hvor er alligevel sker en del fra kl.10 -23. og der er ikke langt til noget. Ligger på et lille market hvor der er forskelligt lækkert mad og ting.var meget tilfreds med mit ophold.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The caretakers are the best people which really made our stay special. We stayed in the top room which was spacious. Close to kata beach which is super nice. Also surrounded by restaurants, shops and close to gym and 15 minutes walk from yoga.

Be aware its in the middle of the night market, so expect its busy and can be noisy.

-Тихий и просторный номер. Нахождение на оживленной улице не доставляет проблем с тишиной в номере. Соседей через стены не слышно.
-Наличие различных магазинов, кафе, супермаркетов и тд в пешей доступности.
-Дружелюбный персонал. Утром можно попросить кофе и покурить на крыльце. -Есть пляжные принадлежности.
-Скидки на товары магазина внизу для постояльцев.
-Помощь с арендой байка.
-Рядом пляж Ката и Карон.

Cons:

Интернет в номере иногда был не стабильным, возникали проблемы при звонках в мессенджер.

So much space for the price!
Pros:

Room 301 was absolutely huge and I had to double-check with the owner that it was definitely my room because I thought I had walked into someone’s apartment! So so much space for the price! Room also came with 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, 2 Dining tables and a stairs to the massive private rooftop area.

Pros:

Room 301 was clean, comfortable, and large - the entire top floor plus the roof of the building, which was a nice surprise. The location of the property was also excellent. The Kata Night Plaza was outside of reception, and Kata Beach was a short 5 minute walk away.

Habitación hermosa, muy limpia. Personal muy cordial. Nos quedamos más de un mes con mi hijo y la pasamos genial. Lugar cómodo, cerca del mercado y de la playa. Balcón y aire acondicionado. Aconsejada 😁

There’s is no working wifi, you can connect but nothing will load. There were multiple leaks from
The ceiling. The kitchen’s sink broken down and flooded the kitchen. I had to clean it quickly. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. I had to open it and remove all the hair, pretty disgusting
