-Тихий и просторный номер. Нахождение на оживленной улице не доставляет проблем с тишиной в номере. Соседей через стены не слышно.
-Наличие различных магазинов, кафе, супермаркетов и тд в пешей доступности.
-Дружелюбный персонал. Утром можно попросить кофе и покурить на крыльце. -Есть пляжные принадлежности.
-Скидки на товары магазина внизу для постояльцев.
-Помощь с арендой байка.
-Рядом пляж Ката и Карон.

Cons:

Интернет в номере иногда был не стабильным, возникали проблемы при звонках в мессенджер.

So much space for the price!
Pros:

Room 301 was absolutely huge and I had to double-check with the owner that it was definitely my room because I thought I had walked into someone’s apartment! So so much space for the price! Room also came with 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, 2 Dining tables and a stairs to the massive private rooftop area.

Pros:

Room 301 was clean, comfortable, and large - the entire top floor plus the roof of the building, which was a nice surprise. The location of the property was also excellent. The Kata Night Plaza was outside of reception, and Kata Beach was a short 5 minute walk away.

Habitación hermosa, muy limpia. Personal muy cordial. Nos quedamos más de un mes con mi hijo y la pasamos genial. Lugar cómodo, cerca del mercado y de la playa. Balcón y aire acondicionado. Aconsejada 😁

The ceiling. The kitchen’s sink broken down and flooded the kitchen. I had to clean it quickly. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. I had to open it and remove all the hair, pretty disgusting

Great hospitality, very friendly, totally recommend. Note, it is just a room but super close to the beach and amenities. Predominantly in a Russian area but we didn’t mind at all!

Great value for the money, very spacious, open private terrace on the roof, wonderful host. You may rent a bike right from the owner, but it's not really needed because two beaches and all amenities are in walking distance.

It’s above a weed shop, never felt particularly secure as anyone can walk into the shop and up to the apartments. There’s only one simple lock on the apartment doors but the building itself is very accessible. There were a lot of flies in the room when I arrived, and the balcony had ashes on the floor from smoking. The bed was also very springy and low to the ground.

The owner was mostly fine, although he didn’t offer to help with my luggage which I was clearly struggling with. There was no water on my last day which wasn’t his fault, but took me checking twice with the worker downstairs and about 90 mins until I could shower.

the best host
Pros:

It's located right inside of the night market, so makes it super easy to try lots of different good food and fresh fruit. Despite of the market, the room I stayed in was quiet inside throughout the night. It's also within a walkable distance from Kata beach. The place also can help with bike rental at affordable price.
The host is the absolute best! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the most comfortable stay, and will give advice if you have questions on activities on the island.

Cons:

WiFi is a bit unstable, you need to find a good spot for better signal, however it was still enough for me to work from the room when I had to.
