Прекрасное расположение!
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение! Даже лучше чем я ожидала!
Персонал супер вежливый и помогал во всем.
Комната была просторная , светлая, все чисто.
Есть чайник, вода в бутылках, чай и кофе, холодильник.
Никаких претензий! Я хорошо спала и вкусно кушала в ресторане на углу, в 2 минутах от отеля.
Место тихое, спокойное, До метро пешком 7 минут вдоль моря.
Набережная красивая. Симиты на набережной продают.

Cons:

Нет лифта но персонал помогает занести вещи и вынести тоже.

Posizione molto centrale a Kadikoy. Non affidatevi troppo a google maps perché non riesce a calcolare bene la strada a piedi. A 5 minuti dal molo, 7-8 dalla metro, 15 dal marmaray e 7-8 dai bus.
Stanza silenziosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Presente il bollitore per le tisane e un ottimo phon. Pulizia

Pros:

La posizione era ottima, a due passi dalla fermata del traghetto di Kadykoy (anche se Maps non tiene conto dei semafori pedonali e suggerisce un giro più lungo del necessario), a 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona di bar, pubs, mercatini e ristoranti. Si trova in una zona piuttosto residenziale quindi silenziosa la sera ma sicura. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile; nonostante alcuni non parlassero molto l'inglese, sono stati gentili a mettersi a disposizione con traduttore simultaneo o via messaggi. Lo staff è stato molto d'aiuto quando ho prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto: il tassista non parlava inglese e voleva che cancellassi la prenotazione per propormi un prezzo più alto, lo staff è intervenuto spontaneamente facendo da tramite e aiutandomi a trovare una soluzione.

Cons:

Posso segnalare l’assenza dell’ascensore e che l’isolamento acustico tra le stanze potrebbe essere migliorato. Tuttavia, considerando gli aspetti positivi, durante il mio soggiorno non si sono rivelati problemi insormontabili.

It was okay
Pros:

Location was good and room was clean

Cons:

It wasn’t a proper hotel and not value for money we paid 170 euros but it should be around 100-130 according to overall condition and comfort
The door was locked for 20 because there was problem with the lock and there was no phone extension in the room by which we could contact reception so have to knock violently on the foor for 10-15 mins for someone to listen at reception
Otherwise owner was very good and didnt face any problems after that

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer und super liebes Personal, das uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Teilweise wird kein Englisch gesprochen, aber mit Google Übersetzer ist das kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Cons:

Auf unserem Stockwerk hat es sehr nach Rauch gestunken, da wahrscheinlich andere Gäste in ihrem Zimmer geraucht haben… es wäre schön, wenn darauf stärker geachtet würde.

It has no advantages other than its location.

Cons:

It is operated more like rental rooms rather than a proper hotel. Unless you specifically request it, the room is not cleaned or attended to in any way. There are loud noises from the corridor until late at night, including footsteps and conversations. The room I stayed in faced the inner courtyard and was quite dark due to the fire escape. Additionally, there is no standard reception.

The bed was comfortable, the room large, it had things to drink, and it was quite clean.

Cons:

The shower head had some issues and I am quite sure a cat or dog was at some point in the room because my allergy was triggered.
