Great accommodation in a convenient location. Staff and local people couldn't do enough to help us
Pros:

Very good location and in a quiet street, staff at reception always available and really helpful, they helped with booking trips and transport and giving advice. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and change of choice each day.

Cons:

There was a student group staying in the apartments at the weekend and they were very noisy late at night and you could hear doors banging and every word they were saying

Experiență foarte proastă. Deși aveam rezervare făcută prin Booking cu trei săptămâni înainte, la sosire ni s-a prezentat o altă cameră, într-o locație diferită (la o stradă distanță), încercându-se convingerea noastră că este cea din poze. Ulterior ni s-a spus că, de fapt, camera rezervată fusese dată altcuiva.
După discuții tensionate, ni s-au oferit două camere într-un alt hotel din apropiere, însă condițiile erau foarte slabe, în special din punct de vedere al curățeniei. Am fost nevoți să acceptam neavând o alternativă.
Comportament complet neprofesionist: overbooking și inducere în eroare. Nu recomand.

It was a good convenient location, which most of people love about.

Breakfast was exceptionally good for the price.

Cons:

Near by construction area. It was very noisy throughout the day.

Mattress was ok not super good. Still was alright value for money.

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro. Personale disponibile ed accogliente.
Prezzo ottimo.
Camera grande e spaziosa, ogni giorno ricambio asciugamani e pulizia stanza.

Pros:

This is a well priced hotel in an excellent location. We walked to everything. All of the staff were friendly. The owner (manager? I didn't ask) helped us with the shuttle I had reserved. Our room was large and comfortable. We were in the part of the hotel that is across the street, but just walked over for a delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Istanbul.
