The service was very good. Rooms were clean. The service woman Malek was very helpful and prompt.
The location is a but difficult as it's on the stairs. We were 9 of us with lot of luggage.

The apartment (the first floor once you step inside the building) was at good size. There were plenty of beds, with 3 bathrooms.
The support we got from Malaak was great. Ahmed was also helpful.
Getting to this place was not easy, and it is at steep road, getting to the road you need to walk up few stairs, or walk on a steep road.
2nd time stay in Hasekisultan Suite House. We did not have to think where to stay. Location is 10 minutes away from Hagia Sophia and main bazar. Plently of restaurants within 100 meters. Staff i.e. Melik who looks after flats is the most charming women you will ever find. Always readu to assist. We have already booked next year stay with them. Happy days. And yes price is very reasonable too
The location is the middle of old town.
The property is awful. Environment is really bad. Smoke fulfill the whole building. Air conditioning is not working well. Our family couldn’t sleep well in such a very hot place with bad air conditioning. We booked 3 nights but we only stayed there for 1 night. Please stay away from this terrible property.

Everything was great.
Very welcoming, friendly hosts who happily accommodated a slightly late check-out. Excellent location within 10-15 min walk of all major sights in Sultanahmet, but away from the hustle and bustle. Owners run a small shop next door and there is a larger supermarket 5 min away, along with a number of restaurants nearby (particularly recommend Istanbul Anatolian Cuisine!)
More as an fyi - the kitchenette is quite small (just a couple of hobs) so don't expect to be cooking large meals with it. Also worth noting it's essentially located in one of the rooms - the shared space separates one bedroom from it's associated bathroom, it wasn't an issue for us just had to be careful to knock first!
We were very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is in a great location. Ahmed and his wife are very kind, hospitable and ready to help. When we arrived, we were welcomed with fruit and water. They arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport. We highly recommend it. Girls from Slovenia
