Pros:

والله العظيم لا يغرك السعر زود عليها وخذ شي انظف

Cons:

اول : انا دفعت اون لاين وانخصم المبلغ ولمن وصلت قالوا ما دفعت ودفعت للمره الثانيه كاش
ثانيا : مافي خدمة طلعت شناطي بنفسي للدور الثالث.
ثالث : التدفئة تعبانه جدا ودرجة الحرارة 3 اقلهم الغرفة باردة يردوا بالواتساب يقولي احنا حاطين التدفئة المركزيه 55 درجة اخر شي جابوا لي دفايه كهربائية صوتها عالي ومزعجه.
رابعا : طلبتهم فاتورة عشان اتواصل مع بوكينج اعطوني سند اني دفعت وما عندهم فواتير.
خامسا : ابغا اسوي خروج مافي احد ولا يردوا واتس لين اتصلت انا قالوا خلي المفتاح الباب وهم شلت شناطي بنفسي.

Malesef, odalarda temizlik çok kötüydü, tualet ve duş kırılmışdı, sıcak su akmıyordu, terlik yoktu.

A great place
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, nice location close to everything, very helpful and good staff specially with their Turkish/Arabic speaking staff member Mahmood who is very sweet and helpful with information and inquiries.

Cons:

More of an improvement rather than dislike; perhaps heating the room before guests arrive in colder months, radiators take time to heat the room.

overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

Overall it was a good hotel to stay with family. You have option to cook and the kitchen has all required utentils.
Although we reached the hotel on-time but the room was not vacant and ready. we had to wait for couple of hours to.get our room. Mehmat in the reception is a nice guy. highly recommend place for all.
