Gesundheitsgefährdend und unhygienisch!
Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Die direkte Umgebung bot eine hervorragende Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafés, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Gut erreichbar und Vor allem die Umgebung hat für jeder was anzubieten.

Cons:

WARNUNG: Gesundheitsgefährdend und unhygienisch!

Wir hatten bereits bei der Buchung unmissverständlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir zwingend ein 100%iges Nichtraucherzimmer benötigen. Auf diese Bedingung wurde vom Hotel nie reagiert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns dann an der Rezeption fälschlicherweise versichert, das Zimmer sei sauber und rauchfrei. Das war eine glatte Lüge.

Der Zustand des Zimmers war eine absolute Katastrophe und gesundheitsgefährdend:

Ein extremer Gestank nach kaltem Rauch.

Brandlöcher von Zigaretten in der Matratze und den Bettdecken.

Überall lagen Asche- und Zigarettenreste.

Deutlicher Schimmelbefall im Kühlschrank und in der Toilette.

Die Küche war in einem desolaten und unhygienischen Zustand.

Wir waren gezwungen, zwei Nächte in diesem unzumutbaren Zimmer zu verbringen, während wir eine neue Unterkunft suchen mussten. Die anschließende Stornierung war ein Kampf.

Dieses Verhalten grenzt an Betrug. Reisende, die Wert auf Sauberkeit und ihre Gesundheit legen, sollten dieses Hotel unter allen Umständen meiden.

the property was completely misrepresented in the listing and fell far below acceptable standards.

Here are the key issues we encountered:

The apartment does not resemble the photos provided in the listing.
It was not disclosed that the unit is on the ground floor, which we would have avoided if we had known.
There were no kitchen amenities, not even a kettle – we couldn’t make a simple cup of coffee.
The receptionist was unhelpful and unwilling to assist when we raised concerns.
The bathroom sink is dangerously wobbly, posing a safety hazard.
Lighting is extremely poor, and there is a persistent smell of smoke and sewage throughout the space.
The floor remains wet and slippery, creating a serious fall risk, especially since the apartment is poorly ventilated and hard to dry.
The living area is cluttered, including an extra washing machine in a tiny space, making it feel more like a storage unit than a livable apartment.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. The listing was deceptive, and the actual condition of the apartment makes it unfit for guests. It certainly does not justify the price paid.

Excellent.
Pros:

-It being an apart hotel. There a large bedroom and a living room. The washing machine was working properly. There was all the equipment you need to cook, but to oil, salt etc. The taps in the sink and bathroom sink were kind of old though, would splash water all over the place. Multiple wardrobes present. Ideal for a long stay.
-Special thanks to the smiling and good-humoured receptionist, Ms Mihriban (whose name incidentally means smiling face!).

Cons:

-Location. Well, depends on what you're looking for. Transportation is quite good though.
-Cleanliness. Some part of the place weren't very clean.
-No sound-proof wall

Pros:

Spacious room with a kitchen annex and washing machine - this was a nice surprise. Good WiFi signal, location around 3 km from the old town and approx 1.5 km from the central bus station.

Cons:

Cigarette smell all over the room.

Not many resturant to choose from around the accomodation but wouldn’t be an issue if you had a car to get around.
