Это большая чистая двухуровневые аппартаменты, с большой общей зоной отдыха, совмещённой с кухней, и тремя отдельными комнатами. На нижнем этаже туалет,на верхнем туалет и душ. Кровать удобная, постельное белье приятное. Хозяин был на связи и быстро оказывал помощь.

Personalul extraordinar, foarte săritor, si binevoitor sa te ajute sa te îndrume,,mi-a plăcut apartamentul, foarte curat .

Singurul lucru care lăsa.de dorit sunt ușile de la balcoane ,dar probabil aici intervine un detaliu tehnic ,ușile nu închid cum ar trebui,usa nu culca pe toc ca sa formeze un un singur corp, izolarea fonica nu se produce . Se poate asculta toate rugăciunile, se pot auzi toate sirenele, si nu sunt puține dat fiind faptul ca e un oraș imens ,poți auzi liniștit si servisul auto de vis-a-vis si lista poate continua ....... ,Da pentru mine e importanta liniștea ca să ma pot odihni. Menționez ca nu o spun cu părere de rău in rest ca si hotel este super ,chiar ne-a plăcut nouă ca familie !!!

Close to everything, 5 minutes to Taksim square, good connection to airport and rest of the city via metro, walking distance to restaurants and shops, very comfortable, mostly clean and it felt very safe - all in all a great base for any kind of Istanbul travel

L'appartement était très propre, spacieux, pas totalement idéal pour 3 personnes car le canapé ne fait pas lit. Très bien fourni en équipements, la partie piscine, salle de sport est très agréable, un bel établissement

Расположение было удобным: довольно близко к площади и метро Таксим и Фуникулёру до пристани Кабаташ. По маленькой улице вверх (будьте внимательны, улица с узкими тротуарами и ступеньками) и направо. Пешком удобно также добираться до улицы Истикляль, на Фуникулёре - до дворца Долмабахче и трамвайной остановки в сторону центра (Т1).
Рядом много небольших магазинчиков со всем необходимым. Наверху удочки 2 обменника и автобусная остановка. В округе много хороших кафе.

Рецепция 24/7. Мы прилетели поздно. И работник на рецепции помог заказать доставку еды.
Все сотрудники вежливые и отзывчивые.

В квартире очень уютно и она хорошо оснащена.
Отличный напор воды в душе, есть работающий полотенцесушитель, 2 санузла и большой балкон. Вайфай работал отлично.

Бассейн и сауны внизу в доступе. Мы 2 раза попали на пустой бассейн и с удовольствием там поплавали.

Pentru noi, două persoane, a fost EXCELENT!
Pros:

Domnul RIZA a fost de ajutor, un mare plus fiind parcarea subterană!
Pentru 2 nopți și fiind aproape de locația unde am avut treabă a fost excelent!

Cons:

O mai mare atemtie la curățenie iar pe viitor necesită mici ajustări de renovare!

Great modern apartment in Instambul 10/10
Pros:

The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious with smart options for temperature, lights etc. Beds are very comfortable, there are seperate WC and Bathroom and very well equiped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge. The building is new with 24h security desk and there is also a spa available.

The location is great, 10 minutes from Taksim square and 5 mins from metro. The host Riza is very kind and helpful.

Overall a great place to stay in Instambul, absolutely 10/10.

Tolle, moderne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung
Pros:

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Alles ist modern und entspricht genau den Bildern.
Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern dort, und uns war besonders ein Swimmingpool wichtig, da sie gerne schwimmen – dieser war wirklich toll und sehr sauber. Auch die Sauna war ein großes Plus.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und viel Spaß. Absolut empfehlenswert!
