Pros:

Все сподобалось, тому що не було завищених очікувань. У номері є усе, що необхідно для нетривалого проживання, він невеликий, але нам всього вистачило.

Cons:

Іноді було складно припаркуватися через велику кількість машин на невеликій площі парковки.

в цілому гарно, але треба врегулювати роботу ліфту та поставити сушилки для речей
Pros:

чисто, зручне розташування, є все необхідне в номері. Швидка реакція на питання від адміністрації

Cons:

Ліфт працює погано, а номер на 10 поверсі. Важко діставатись, особливо тим, у кого маленькі діти.
Відсутній балкон та сушилка для білизни (після пляжу нема де сушити речі)

Розташовано у м. Південний. Квартира сподобалися, ремонт свіжий, є все необхідне. Була можливість поселення пізно вночі, за що велика вдячність Сергію
