Pros:

We ve been coming to dar for fifteen years
Stayed regularly at Serena, good hotel but blaackwood was exceptional i think quality of build and decor beats the Serena and Kilimanjaro hands down

Cons:

Cleaning staff wonderful
But need a little bit more eye for detail
Scruffs on walls should be wiped, bleach should be applied to any areas of mould, left for twenty minutes and then wiped

It was a fabulous experience
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel but was really neat. Had a fine smell from the reception. The Staff are so amazing. Very helpful with carrying my luggage etc

The properties of very high-quality, very clean, and the room is a nice balcony. The pool and the sauna are also very well maintained. Aisha from the reception is very kind and always available to help. It feels more like home.
