I would not go for a villa again - will recommend it to young, adventrous who like to live rough.
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and nice and the staff too - alway smiling and welcoming.

Liked the place, but the main roads to the area/place - very busy, quite rough from the main road to the villa

From the villa, not eay to walk to the main road as the road was very stoney.

Cons:

Access to the vila - even by car - roads were very rough. So difficukt for us to go to the shops and do our shopping.

Access to the beach was not easy either - very pebbly esp for two of us, who are 77 years of age.

The description and the photos made us to think that the beach was there right in front of the villa - so I can say that the photos and the description were quite deceptive.

Value for money nice place to stay with family.
Pros:

The property gives you a feeling of being at home the greenery environment was so lovely. The apartment set up was nice. The staff and management was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great hosts and location. Spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Spacious room, well serviced. The owner (Daniel) was a great chef and easy going.
Location was good for shops, eating places and Page. Good value for money.

Cons:

The walk to the beach is short but not pleasant. The access road was poor after the rain.
WiFi and internet was intermittent. Nothing to do with the site but it affected the stay.
I would recommend and would stay again.

Most beautiful setting on the edge of the ocean, beautiful garden. We love the hotel, staff, food and the wonderful accommodation. Such a beautiful loving atmosphere

Wunderschöne Anlage
Häuser sehr schön mit guter Küche und viel Platz
Nah am Strand und dem „Stadtzentrum“, alles zu Fuß erreichbar
Sehr nette Besitzerin und das Personal war auch super
Touren buchbar (z.B. Schnorchel)

Pros:

The houses are surrounded by lush tropical greenery and are absolutely beautiful. There are two lovely swimming pools, and the entire place has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Aisha, who is warm-hearted, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help. She made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast could use a few improvements, with a wider variety and more options to choose from. Overall, though, it was enjoyable.

Nyumbani Residence Suites est magnifique. Sa conception est très bien pensée et rafinée. L'expérience y est très agréable. Les appartements sont confortables, très propres et bien conçus. Tout le monde nous a accueilli avec professionalisme et gentillesse. Le petit déjeûner était excellent.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great stay; beautiful cozy resort
Pros:

- Loved the property layout and the landscaping.
- Amazing and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds.
- Spacious living area and 2 separate bathrooms - perfect for a family
- Good location - about 2-3 minute walk to the beach and to the main road
- Access to restaurants and local shops
- Friendly staff
- Fresh breakfast - loved the quality of the eggs, the bread and the fresh juices
- Very nice 2 x pools.

Cons:

We stayed in the off season, so it was disappointing to not be informed beforehand that the resort's kitchen will be closed for lunch and dinner. We were with 2 infants and 1 kid, so not having the option of dinner at the property made it very hard for us after a long day of tours and exploring, especially since preparing a meal takes about ~1 hour in Zanzibar.

We even asked the resort staff to pick up food for us, where we call ahead to a nearby restaurant, place our order and all they would need to do is a pick up but they refused to do so. This was quite disappointing.

Bien être et calme absolu
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, l’équipement du logement et sa propreté, les piscines, le tout à quelques pas de l’océan.
Le petit plus a été un massage proposé par l’établissement et pratiqué par une masseuse formidable ! Un pur bonheur de bien être.
