Pros:

Heerlijk ruime appartementen in prachtige tuin. Lekkere zwembadjes en plekken om te liggen. Paola en Daniele zijn super vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren net als hun personeel. Om de dag kookte Daniele heerlijke gerechten. We moesten onverwacht langer blijven en ze deden er alles aan om het voor ons zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken en ons te helpen. Dank jullie wel!

Really great place for a more then decent price
I wouldn't want to go any other place if I go back to South East Zanzibar (which could happen in the next few years)

Este un complex frumos,curat,o oază tropicală la câteva minute de plajă!
Piscinele minunate!
Ne-am simțit foarte bine iar personalul foarte plăcut si de ajutor!

Tout au top nous avons passé notre séjour à 7 personnes nous avions loué deux hébergements tout est magnifique avec deux piscines le petit-déjeuner est vraiment top et le personnel formidable le seul souci c'est que nous avons été bloqué en retour à Dubaï

Paola, et son personnel sont aux petits soins, gentils, aimables.
Tout était parfait.
Les villas sont spacieuses, confortables, propres, 2 piscines.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
La plage a quelques mètres en passant par un petit chemin.

Absoluut een aanrader! Mooi, schoon, goede ligging en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Mooi aangelegde accomodatie, ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, hele ruime kamers met alle comfort.
We kregen alle hulp bij het boeken van tours, prima ontbijt! Vlakbij het strand en vlakbij Jambiani. Echt een aanrader.

Heerlijk, ontspannen verblijf in prima accommodatie bij gastvrije, gezellige mensen.
Pros:

Nyumbani Residence hebben wij ervaren als een heerlijke, rustige plek met mooie tropische tuin en 2 zwembaden. Goed verzorgde accommodatie. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en gastvrije italiaanse eigenaren die ook nog eens heerlijk italiaans gekookt hebben voor de gasten!
Een aanrader, wat ons betreft, als je een relaxte tijd op Zanzibar wil met zon, zee en strand.

Cons:

Zoals overal in Tanzania zijn de matrassen vrij hard.
Verder geen minpunten.

Paola est tout simplement quelqu’un d’exceptionnel, à l’écoute, disponible et très accueillante. Un vrai coup de cœur ! Tout était parfait : accueil chaleureux, décoration soignée, literie ultra confortable et un petit-déjeuner copieux, et on se sent vraiment en sécurité. On se sent comme à la maison, mais en mieux ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

פאולה הבעלים מקסימה, זמינה, קשובה, אדיבה וסימפטית. כך גם הצוות. המקום מקסים, מדהים ביופיו על חוף הים. ריזורט אמיתי של צמחיה וטבע. בריכות נקיות ודירות אוטנטיות וחדשות.

Great location.beautiful resort
Pros:

Amazing property, beautiful pools. The breakfast was so delicious. Super close to the beach. Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was our favourite place in Zanzabar.

A tropical oasis!
Pros:

A tropical oasis! We absolutely loved our stay here, Paola, Fatuma and the rest of the team are so lovely and welcoming. Our room was fantastic, really spacious, comfortable and clean. A great location with only a few minutes to walk to the beach where bars and restaurants are nearby. There are 2 pools and the landscaping gives it a real jungle feel. We really hope to return here in the future and would highly recommend!
