Чисто, приємно, персонал ввічливий завжди. Є все необхідне. Розташування в самому центрі міста. Все супер. Багато разів бронюю номер саме в цьому готелі. Все влаштовує. Дякую!

Розташування. Чистота

Cons:

- шумно як з вулиці так і в самому номері (так як це не готель, а переобладнана квартира - кожен номер це кімната і ти чуєш все що в коридорах чи на спільній кухні відбувається)
- гаряча вода тільки коли є світло
- не інтуїтивна історія з відкриттям дверей - попросіть персонал пояснити.

Гарний міні-готель біля Оперного. Чисто, затишно. Всі пам'ятки центру в пішій доступності. Якщо відкрити вікна - чути концерт від пам'ятника Шевченку, що я з задоволенням кожного вечора робила. Раджу.
